There comes a point in certain companies where it gets harder and harder to issue shares. More and more have be issued and less and less is raised. This is the inflection point.

If it cannot raise any more it will delist. Here is where the management can do well. They take ownership of the company and leave investors with nothing. Growth will come when it is in private hands or is sold to another company where the management get paid well. Again shareholders are shafted.

Didn't this company already have a consolidation in the past, or maybe even has two. It would not surprise me if the company has not issues 50 billion but several times this amount.

I can reveal I have never bought these shares as I was never taken in by the rampers, I saw through their nonsense. Of course fools and their money are easily parted, and we see there have been many fools who have bought in here and with it the nonsense that has come from management. This outfit is not a going concern. Can you now see this plonker has done well to avoid the company? I bet many wish they followed me and also became plonkers. Tell me how much have you lost here? Maybe you should consider if your the plonker here just like me. Lol

A share price of a company can often go up just before the administrators are called in. There is no business here and it is NOT a going concern. Just one customer, no really is interested in what they are selling. Few actually know. Avoid
