These contracts will probably not pay for the salaries of those that work on the contract.

These contracts or the Majority of these contracts are probably the same old nonprofitable contracts but the company does not say how much the new contact is worth.

The company has a history of placings to stay afloat and with the same old contracts will deliver the same old result.

How much was the new contract worth? £50,000? Take out the salary of one expert how much is left? £5,000? Corporate fees and listing costs will be the death of this company. Perhaps it delists?

This company is not really a going concern and it looks like nothing has changed except more staff and salaries that go with it?

Do not mind me I am the laughing stock of all of AIM. Just happened to call this correct foe the last 10 years.

Gosh who was saying this yesterday? Who was buying because they thought the company had lots of cash?

The company should return what money it has as a capital return and wind down the company before all the cash it has is frittered away.

When the company is delisted it will be easier for the management to take-over ownership. This is what they and probably why they want to delist. Nonsense about saving money. More todo about giving themselves more money and eventually taking ownership.

I was a buyer and holder. No longer; I AM OUT OF HERE. RAISE IS NEXT STEP AND EVEN THE MANAGEMENT AGREE AND HAVE SAID WHAT IT IS PLANNING. They do not want this new guy as it ends the gravy train. Latest drill is a DUSTER.

Repeating loss making contracts are not going to cut it. Do not be surprised the company is not profitable in the next results. Repeating same old contracts will deliver the same results. The company has always been kept aflaot with placings. Expect more placing and probably expect this post to be deleted as many will report this post. Always had posts deleted on this board all the way down from when the share prices was upwards of 6 pence, 10 times more than what it is now.

The management has failed. They must all go. The company has few prospects now. No one wants to buy it, cash will run out in this business and these guys know this. So they want to delist.

Better wind down the company and return capital to investors who own the cash. Who wants to be locked in here? VOTE NO. Get a new resoution to the VOTE. For maintaining the shareholder value it is better the company is wound down and all captial must be returned. SIMPLE. These guys are in it for themselves and to keep a nice wage. Delisting gives them free range to use the cash for themselves which they know doubt may do. Nice benefits and it should last them. Better vote them all out and wind the company down..

They have cash and shareholders must now reject the move to delist. You must all now get together to add a new resolution to the GM. Cancel the listing. OR. Return capital to the shareholders and wind the company down.

Share reorganisation is the first step in arranging and planning the next placing.

The company cannot issue shares lower than 5 pence, so the nominal value will have to change. Nominal value will now be 0.5 pence this giving the company an ability to sell more shares.

Prepare for the next placing guys.

Alba did a Change of Name to Arkadian Strategic Metals Plc. The remaining shareholders of ALBA know clearly why this was done.

SOU and UKOG will follow the same path. When a name is damaged change the name. Separate and disassociate with the past. Bring in new punters who know nothing of a history of failure. This market is a cesspit and should be rejected. SELL

The renewable market is full of failed companies that thought they could make a go of it. SOU will be no better and before long it will go back to what it does best. SHARE ISSUES.

Alternative energy sector is full of failed businesses. It will not just burn up the cash it has it will want more and more. No sign on the horizon that this company will ever make money. Going by history all it will do is sell more shares. It only ever makes money from selling shares. This cash will not last. Who wants to go in a new direction with is management and history of failure?

No assets and big cash burn..

Jesus Christ. You got to be a terrible investor not to see why this is valued at less than expect future cash it may have. People fear what the next direction on the cards are and how much they will spend on this new plan. History shows any plan the company had failed. The fear is this next paln will fail and the cash will not save it. Simple.

The reverse is true. Many companies trade below cash position. It trades below cash position for a reason. If this company were to close up shop and return cash to investors how much do you think there will be? After one year of looking for a new country and set up a new resources company? How long will cash last? It has no real assets. Yes maybe it will get some cash in 3 months. Then pay off bond holders. It is years and years away from any income. During this time the cash will be exhaused and there will be a heavily discounted share issue that then dilutes sharehodlers. More shares means the market cap is Diluted? Do you follow?

Cash will soon be used up and what is left? Nothing. The company will always be valued at less that cash held when investors see an issue. Surely you see the issue? Look at history and undestand how many consolidations has it had? How much money has it spent? Get it? LOL

You do not know much do you? One has to ask should you really be investing in companies like this who list for the very reason except raising cash. This is not a life style company. The cash will be spend in salaries and what ever else. To look for new projects cost money. That new project will requre more funds. Please understand why the company is NOT worth what ever cash it may have. PROSPECTS LOOK POOR. Cash will soon be gone. Every time the company had cash it spent it all. LOOK AT THE HISTORY. The company has alwasy burnt through cash...Years away from anything meaningful. Cash will be gone soon enough and they will do more placings. Anything the company has touch has failed. It is doomed.
