Things are dire and can only get worse.1 May 2026 18:50
Year ending December 2025 it had £40,000.
It did a placing in February for £1,154,000. As it is losing close to £3,000,000 for the last 4 years in a row, most if not all of this money will be gone by the end of next month. So a placing is being planned. Funders will want a discount for sure. Next price we could see 0.20p or so and an approximate 500,000,000 new shares. That will probably be its last fundraise and the company will delist. Companies list to raise fund and when that is too hard they delist. They will probably use the excuse to save costs of listing and move to a different maker or match bargain trade.
This company has had plenty of chances to make a go of this and costs are always higher than income.
Some large backer could take ownership of this and leave shareholder in the lurch. Avoid. Placing is coming.
