$11M will not last long in this business. As it’s now out of Morocco how long will it take to find a new country? How much money will be left when it finally finds place?

Going to have to change its name at some point and separate from its past history. Rename the company and start over. Obviously it will be back issuing shares which is what it has done best. So many promises and now it’s start again time. Who got the energy and the patience to stay with this outfit? They really should return the capital to the shareholders and wind down the company but we know why they did not choose that route. This is no longer about shareholders and shareholder value. It’s about keeping their jobs and a good life-style. God knows what these people will plan next.

I worked for Xstrata and was there during the take-over by Glencore. Mick Davis who started Xstrata is now into battery metals. and rare earths. His new project in TIN (formaly known as Cornish Metals) the ticker is TIN. Tin is in short supply and TIN is the largest mine outside of China. Going to do very well as the Government is injecting money into as an important resource that should be nurtured.

Good entry into other tin projects is 1SN which could get taken over by a bigger player which I am also in. Expect good rise there.

But of course LGEN is looking very very good now and should go higher with that tasty dividend. Good luck all.

Looks like another discounted share placing is due any day now and will totally wipe out any remaining holder. I cannot see how the company can continue as a going concern.

They need a wealthy benefactor that has more money than sense and use this outfit as a play thing. The company is never going to make an income higher than its expenses so it will never be able to keep its listing. Could be the last raise before it goes private. When a company can no longer raise more cash by selling its shares it's always going to delist. Just a matter of time before that announcement but perhaps one last raise?

With a new name the next plan is reduce the number of 28 billion shares. 1000/1 consolidation. You all know what that means. Another buggering is not far off.

The company knows the name is associated with failure so they think with the nee name people will not associated with a history of failure that the name conjures up.

Placing is being planned and with the low share price there must be 10 billion more new shares going to br placed with someone.

Watch out an orchestrated rise when forward selling takes place.

1. The name change is a very cynical attempt to hide a history of failure.

2. A last attempt to keep the gravy train running.

3. It’s attempting to make a clean sheet and bring in new investors to buy more placing shares.

4. With a new name its a new guise to separate from the name Alba which is connected to nothing but failure and financial wipe out for anyone who invested in the company.

5. Rinse and repeat time.

The Company's cash flow plan for 2026 was based, in part, on anticipated revenues from customers and the exercise of outstanding warrants over the Company's ordinary shares.

As the projected orders did not come neither has the exercise of warrants the company will not have enough cash to continue as a going concern. Administrators will be called in at any moment. You have been warned. Cash almost gone. And so will the company.
