Have any shareholders been consulted on this policy change? I certainly haven't.

Surely their market has to be the small to medium sized organisation with a team of creators not the 'one man band' content creator. Unfortunately the small to medium sized organisation may be unwilling to throw their lot in with a unknown quantity like Blackbird. These organisations will need to be confident that the editing software they are using will be updated and supported in the future. This leaves Blackbird with a credibility problem given their uncertain financial state. No matter how good the software, the credibility problem remains.

They know perfectly well the infirmation investors want, that is production and sales figures. The fact that this information is not being released speaks volumes.

Often buybacks are made when shares are expensive, very rarely in times when 'everyone is fearful' as Buffet would say.

This is not a 'gusher' because if it was the news would have leaked by now.

Why no production update. How can putting assets up for sale be a positive. There appears to be a jumping of ship going on.

Virtually all of the profit making companies I am invested in have started 'buy backs' in lieu of dividends. I have yet to see any benefit in the way of share price increase from any of them. Directors appear to be like sheep, follow the herd. What do we pay them for? Many shares are valued on their dividend yield or at least valuation is underwritten in this way. I can see tax advantages for large shareholders but I repeat what I have said before on this board, it is not in the interest of most retail holders many who are relying on dividends for income in retirement.

I am not sure what relevance 'fat jabs' have. I had a colleague many years ago who killed himself as a result of too much salt. He wss only 25 and was not overweight.

There does not seem to have been any advantage in transferring to NASDAQ. What do we pay these CEO's for. Perhaps another gimmick such as change in name (or consolidation), will do the trick. Hopefully someone will buy us out (for cash), someday.

Not sure many shareholders will be happy with forfeiting dividends to fund share buybacks. Might be good tax saving measure for directors with large numbers of shares.

Still cannot understand why they would raise now rather than wait for the test results. Unless the Board are not very confident Suggests to me a less than 50% probability of success (i.e. meeting estimate flow and concentration), might have been assumed.

Agreed. Why would you raise now if the test results were expected to be good. Doesn't make sense. Strikes me the board are covering themselves for the possibility of poor test results next week. No other explanation.

Poor management, overpriced acquisitions.

They always have explanations for shortfall against promises, but never seem to be able to give accurate forward guidance.

High valuation, profit taking. Low down defence supply chain so unlikely to benefit immediately from current war. Not pure defence stock. Exaggerated fall due to small cap selling and risk aversion and movement into safer large cap stocks in times of uncertainty. Probably oversold. That's my take.

The Netflix takeover of Warner Bros might benefit ZOO as ZOO are the localisation supplier to Netflux. Though the takeover has still to be approved by the US government.

Not a chance. Large auto customers will want SEE to remain independent.

What is required is continuing positive free cash flow thus enabling the LN re-payment. It is the fear of yet more dilution that is holding this share back. Long term shareholders are aware of promises made in the past and not kept.
