Due in the next 2 days. From the previous RNS:
The Company has made good progress in conjunction with its auditor to resolve the issues presented in the Company’s report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and is on track to release its results for the year end for September 30, 2023, in advance of the March 31, 2023 deadline.
It would appear the director buy has sparked some further interest here. Can't be many shares available given the 1.379p buy yesterday for 216k shares.
Life in the old dog yet....
Self destructive news so not investible as the sp will continue to fall into the low micro pence region below the 0.06 its previous low.
Remarkable ;-Just £8,000 of sales caused a 40% drop in sp.
Not worth considering for the investment purpose of making money.

Shinju ‘Black’ Pearl Edition
The Shinju 'black pearl' expression is an 8-year
old blended malt whisky. Aged in the finest oak barrels, this gives Shinju Black a spicy aroma, followed by a clean and dry taste, finishing with a smoky flavor to tighten the aftertaste

2021 global demand for Japanese whisky was $660m.
Annual demand for Japanese whisky will hit $1 billion in the next three years.
Compounded annual growth rate from 2021 to 2025 would be nearly 9.5%, almost directly inline with the overall premium spirit demand growth rate.
Very unloved at the moment, but with positive news on distribution channels, expect to see a rapid recovery once further news is released. Also, with the last placing at 7.00p, can currently buy at a 50% discount.

Rogue Baron $SHNJF brand developer that is angling to become the next multi-million dollar buyout success story. Its award–winning Shinju Japanese Whiskey may be the best opportunity to attract one of the majors like Diageo plc or Constellation Brands.

Thanks, will take a look.
Have a look at Gunsynd (GUN) as they have a decent sized holding in Rogue Baron.
Plus holding Low6 as it lists in Australia in a few weeks.
Plus they have a stake in Rincorn in the Haveiron region alongside Greatland Gold.
Have to say this looks a very interesting prospect.
Given the crazy values attached to brand takeovers ( Casamigo Tequila , Aviation Gin etc ) this might be worth a flutter. Has its own Japanese Whisky Brand and Tequila.. definitely see potential.
One question though, how does one buy on the Aquis exchange? Can one use a normal UK stockbroker as with FTSE, AIM stocks etc?
Only recently listed so no trading history as yet.
Good sales numbers with whole container of Whisky sold out....
