The company also announced it has simultaneously agreed to purchase Lithium Australia’s minority interest in the Lake Johnson project for $2 million.

With shareholder and third-party approvals, the acquisition will take Charger’s ownership of the project to 100 per cent.

“The Rio Tinto Exploration farm-in agreement is an excellent result for Charger and its shareholders and reaffirms our belief that the Lake Johnston project has potential to host a large-scale lithium deposit,” Charger managing director Aidan Platel said.

“The planned significant investment by RTX will allow thorough systematic exploration over all of the project tenure, with initial exploration focused on fast-tracking the Medcalf spodumene prospect as well as progressing the Mount Day and Mount Gordon lithium prospects.”

Let's hope the whole is worth a lot more than the sum of the parts and the combined businesses are able to exploit the global demand for cannabis based medical and other products.

The Interim Report is due before the end of this month, so hopefully there may be further information there.

Given the agreed valuation with Sproutly Canada for Apollon's assets, we should be at a valuation of circa 1.00p. A long way to go in my opinion.

Share price represents a large discount to net assets.

First time we have been blue for a very long time...

If you believe what is written in the RNS, then yes, we could yet see a positive outcome.

The buy price of the shares has moved up and on a transaction basis, the sale price represents a valuation of circa 1.00p.

We will end up being listed as Sproutly in Canada, but the shares will still be tradeable.
