Shinju ‘Black’ Pearl Edition
The Shinju 'black pearl' expression is an 8-year
old blended malt whisky. Aged in the finest oak barrels, this gives Shinju Black a spicy aroma, followed by a clean and dry taste, finishing with a smoky flavor to tighten the aftertaste

It is now over 4 months since Low6 announced the RTO Agreement. Shouldn't be too long now before we receive an update.
Given all the positive noises coming from the company, I expect to see significant interest when the RTO completes.

"Rogue Baron believes that by being the leader in this niche market for brands of its size, it will position itself as an attractive addition to investors’ portfolios and perhaps to other spirit brands looking to add a premium Japanese whisky brand to its offerings."
https://twitter.com/roguebaronuk/status/1528697750660861952
2021 global demand for Japanese whisky was $660m.
Annual demand for Japanese whisky will hit $1 billion in the next three years.
Compounded annual growth rate from 2021 to 2025 would be nearly 9.5%, almost directly inline with the overall premium spirit demand growth rate.
Someone definitely stake building again....2.6m buy just gone through.

I agree. The company expected to close out 2021 selling 5000 cases of Shinju Whisky and given the recently announced distribution deals in the UK and Spain, plus the launch of the age casked product, it is reasonable to expect they could achieve their 10,000 case goal in the next 18 months.
Further news from Low6 on the listing or any other significant news from one of the investments may finally move the needle here.

In a recent interview, Rogue Baron CEO Ryan Dolder said, "Based on our market, strategy, and our current brands, once we reach 10,000 cases sold per year, we believe the brand could be worth upwards of $50 million."

Very unloved at the moment, but with positive news on distribution channels, expect to see a rapid recovery once further news is released. Also, with the last placing at 7.00p, can currently buy at a 50% discount.

A long way to go before we get to a sensible valuation....
Good to see a bit of buying this week. I believe the omens are looking very positive here.
Torchlight have until the 11th July to exercise their remaining options in KCR. It would not surprise to see me to see a significant increase in the share price once that dates expires.
We may even see Torchlight making an offer for the remaining shares which would no doubt please Drumz if the offer is a fair one.
