Maps, I am happy to co-ordinate the questions if people will find that useful, of course people can still email SM direct if they wish but I tend to agree that an agreed 5 or so questions would have more impact.
I am hoping many of the questions are answered in the results at 0700 Monday morning, however if people want to start sending questions (to this thread only) I can start pulling it together, if questions are answered on Monday am then I can remove from the list.
Deadline of 1000 on Monday 23rd and I will post agreed questions on here pre sending

Q1. From me.
Whats the current installation rate of Guardian per month. How many new distributors are being signed up for 2020 & how many extra units per month are anticipated through the added insurance deals taking place.
This is what I have captured so far, I haven't tried to wordsmith, if we have multiples on same topic we can agree wording.
Keep em coming folks;
Fleet:
1) What’s the current installation rate of Guardian per month. How many new distributors are being signed up for 2020 & how many extra units per month are anticipated through the added insurance deals taking place. – Terry
Funding / Financials
1) When do you now anticipate breakeven and will you need to raise again before then? – Maps
Aviation / License

Possible question. Can we expect further BDMS awards? Could there be a possible licencing of BDMS?
We should ask:
1) In July, it was mentioned in an interview that you were expecting news from Aviation 'shortly'. It is now two months later. Could we get an update on this opportunity and when we can expect further news?
2) CFO director, by your timelines, we should be expecting a appointment in the next month, have we now decided on a candidate and are we still expecting this announcement in the next month?
Q. Auto
What type of products in auto are now ready for mass deployment. And what are the differences?
Top end DMS
Mid range
Budget range
Our new American PR company.
What remit have they been given?
Is their focus on USA only or full corporate promotion.?
Re question 1 - The fleet numbers (km travelled) have dropped over the last five 12 hour time periods when compared to last weeks figures. Is this an installation which is trialled and is then removed under an insurance company deal. Should it be how many units are signed up with a contract each month ?
You could try a cheeky question along the lines of:
Why do you think the turnover of staff at the management level is so high?
It's the sort of question I would ask face to face because it catches them unaware and they usually drop a few news snippets in their response..
Sorry but I don't think the funding question is a useful one. Yes , we want to know but he can easily say no more funding is necessary and then weeks later announce a fund raise hiding behind any number of reasons.
I like the positive attitude on why he might be coming and hope he is not giving the webinar in order to placate us after disappointing results.
My question:
The share price has been languishing at the bottom of the range for a long time despite all the potential of the soon coming DMS legislations plus all the substantial contracts in place and forthcoming, Fleet numbers, aviation, etc, etc.
Why is this and when do you think, by way of an approximate timescale , you will have enough traction of further news to unable a re-rating of our share price ?
(It may be re worded to suit). Thanks Seeing2020!
I may have missed something but ere we sure that PM is coming to London as the Results presentation could be done from Canberra.
Additionally he is likely to be very selective about questions he decides to answer,if he has time to answer many.Hopefully the Results statement itself will answer some of the questions.
See below the questions I have captured so far, I have included peoples name so you know if I have missed a question, also no bad questions i'm just capturing everything for now, after we see Mondays RNS some will hopefully we answered and we can create a final list. The broad principle emerging is a question on each topic, with perhaps a follow up.
Fleet:

Aviation / License

2) Are you actively seeking a CAT-style licence deal for aviation? Do you expect it will be concluded H1 2020? - Maps

Looks very good S2020.
Many thanks for putting this together.
Regarding fleet. If not mentioned in Monday's RNS it would be great to get an actual figure for current active fleet installs and like you have mentioned, install rate.
Also, where is SEE's most lucrative market in their opinion and what are they doing to capitalise on it.
What mcap do they see the company having in say 5 years time?
Again, thanks for doing this.
How about an update on how many auto RFQ decisions we are still waiting on and of that number how many are with new customers as opposed to extensions with existing customers. Hopefully this will be answered on Monday but just in case it isn't. There is no point asking for timescales on when these are expected because clearly that will just cause frustration if the date is missed again.
Decent summary SEE2020 & perhaps our communal questions would be best put as a collaboration from Lse.co.uk with total collective holdings of ,say, 50-100mill shares ( or more).we know Ken looks in here & hopefully PM does too. That maygive more weighting to our queries being responded to or perhaps PM may respond to one of us directly with the detail we require ,(which I appreciate is unlikely)
We should also ask about the outcome of the TFL trial on London buses
BB, that's the idea.
when we have our agreed questions, I will submit Monday morning , something like "on behalf of a group of private investors" don't think I can quote a combined holding as we don't have a clue what that is.
#Team300
I'm hoping Monday morning is manic as we are all excited by the details in the RNS and Cenkos report. To save some time I have started to pull together suggested overall questions under each topic, clearly these can be amended and will be updated post the RNS. As ever any feedback is a gift...
I start with Fleet and Aviation
Fleet:
1) What’s the current installation rate of Guardian per month. How many new distributors are being signed up for 2020 & how many extra units per month are anticipated through the added insurance deals taking place. – Terry
2) The fleet numbers (km travelled) have dropped over the last five 12 hour time periods when compared to last weeks figures. Is this an installation which is trialled and is then removed under an insurance company deal. Should it be how many units are signed up with a contract each month ? – Whatif
3) actual figure for current active fleet installs and like you have mentioned, install rate. – smokey
4) We should also ask about the outcome of the TFL trial on London buses – BB
Suggested Overall Questions (to be agreed)
Can you provide some data for Fleet, Latest installed base , Average installs per month, number of distributors?. Can this info be shown as a live dashboard on your website.
NTI tie up seems very exciting, are you forecasting any revenue from that deal in FY20, do you have plans for similar deals in other regions, if yes how is that progressing ?
US market seems hard to crack and Geotab relationship seems slow to provide traction, what’s your plans for the North America market?
Aviation / License
1) In July, it was mentioned in an interview that you were expecting news from Aviation 'shortly'. It is now two months later. Could we get an update on this opportunity and when we can expect further news? – S Green
2) Are you actively seeking a CAT-style licence deal for aviation? Do you expect it will be concluded H1 2020? – Maps
Suggested Overall Question (to be agreed)
What do you see as the main application for the Aviation product, ie sims / training, realtime FRMS or Air Traffic Controller?
Do you see Aviation as an opportunity for IP monetisation / license, if so will do you expect that to be concluded in FY20?
#Team300
Its perhaps confusing to include all the submitted questions, so for Marketing / PR and Leadership / board , I have just shown my suggested questions below
Marketing / PR
What can you tell us about the new PR company, what’s their main area of focus?
Do you expect to replace CG as a broker, have you considered US based broker coverage to increase profile?
Leadership / Board
When will you have a new CFO in place and are you replacing the CAT Ned who left many months ago?
What’s your personal view on whether a CEO should buy shares in the company he works for?
#Team300
SEE cannot spread themselves too thinly - that would be disastrous. focus on commercially viable projects and ditch liabilities that drag on the business..they need to be laser focused on creating shareholder value
A couple of further questions:
1) If, as expected, European legislation is passed mandating DMS, will this alter the basis of the calculations that are used to predict lifetime revenues for each of the OEM contracts?
2) How may DMS units are expected to be shipped for the existing OEM contracts for the 2nd half of the financial year? This of course might only be relevant to GM, but also possibly Byton?
Cella, good questions thanks.
For Auto I will capture all the questions, however its such a big topic I wont even try summarise until we see the RNS Monday
#Team300
Thanks Seeing2020,
I've got a couple more questions if I may.
1) Who does SEE see as their main rival now? Is it Mitsubishi or Smarteye and what are their relative strengths and weaknesses?
2) Is it now the case that OEMs are broadening the scope of contracts to include mid and lower range models? If so, how does SEE aim to satisfy this demand given the necessity to deliver camera-based 'safety' DMS cost-effectively? For example, can SEE provide a DMS chip with less functionality at a reduced price for budget models?
Some very good questions coming out guys. I expect PM to deal with a few before the webinar in the finals and FY20 indication. However i dont suspect all will be obvious so the questions to be sent by S2020 on our behalf are very important.
