Aber, I’m sure news will come in due course. The BOD are having a meeting today around the camp fire at their new HQ. The communication issue is due the Wi-Fi not operating very well inside the tents that are the new offices. But on the bright side this keeps the overheads down and they don’t need to worry about keeping the lights on as there aren’t any. All is Rosie.
I am concerned by the lack of ANY news post the last RNS bombshell;
Whilst we all assume (and is almost definitely the case) that major discussions are occuring on a aily basis to try to resolve the current predicament, there are still things which could have been done and announced very quickly in order to reassure the ever faithful group of long term shareholders ... Namely :
1. The Immediate addressing (and reduction) of salaries to preserve whatever cash is left in the pot ... &
2. Possible purchase of shares by the BOD (TM and JR especially as they only seem happy with options currently) to show some level of confidence that things will get resolved
Both of the above could have been done prior to this date !!!!!
Lets hope for a quick resolution from this point
GLALTHERS
Many thanks for this little update. Good to hear you enjoyed the trip and gathered.
You all know me meanwhile as a very suspicious person re the BODs agenda and activity. Since the rental lease has not been prolongated according to the late audit report you reinstate my concern that their entertainment may most likely end soon with possibly the results coming out in confirming rather have found a satellite office than a working office in Pampisford.
I wonder how the BOD will manage licencing deals and business in general in the near future with no appropriate infrastructure in place i.e conference room, etc. as it was available over the course of 15-20 years in the past. Up until the trials began.
But time will tell how we are getting on.
Still no negatives coming from the trials. Update due next week? I have been buying over the last few days to lower my average purchase price significantly. I do wish I had not invested in SAR until the current SP, but consider myself lucky to know about it, understand most of it, and have a largish shareholding. My mortgage was cleared this week, so the money, when the profits eventually roll in, is going towards buying a Spitfire when this comes good. :) Happy to wait, just perpetually nervous, as many of us are due to the recent events. Money can be found, science success has already been identified, so I imagine that there are talks going on behind closed doors???
Hi Andy,
Many thanks for the update. I will support any action you guys will take.
My take on it is RF will not be selling Sareum shares today, indeed the 75k which showed as a sell did not materialise.
Suspension is temporary,
Regards
Thank you for trying to move this forward, i will try and come along to the next time you meet as i have been keen to meet both of you and RMM at the AGM's due to the level of input and intelligence you bring to the board, plus it has been a very long journey to get to here together, had it not been for a funeral last year i would have attended the AGM, i suppose that is the age we are at guys. If you start anything via email please include me on the list as i am keen to see this through to the end, thanks
More pertinent would be to ask how it will impact SVEN. Sounds like the opening aria to a slow death operatic tragedy
This is an opportunity for Sareum to clarify their position. Will there be an RNS?
I’m guessing you would know the answer to your own question.
Thanks for the update, chaps.
I hope the BoD can pull a rabbit out of the hat next week when they publish the first half results which should hopefully also outline their plans for the immediate future. With the new tax year just a fortnight away I'm expecting them to announce a public offer to help get 1801 across the line.
Hi Seawolf, you're very correct in your statement and very much echoed by Krone today and myself at the AGM.
Andy pulled together a great meet and discussion points for the future, ultimately, the future is down to the BoD and how diligent they are in how we progress, hopefully, a positive update soon.
As an aside, great to meet up today with Preyno, Krone and Andy and @ Billy -Bunter thanks for the recommendation, and if convenient, happy to meet you there when you're next in the area!
@ DP64 - I can assure you RMM didn't sell up, he was at the last AGM and needs to be invested to attend - he may have got fed up with the noise of the bb, which lets be fair is bordering on "classless" by some and his choice!

Andy, thank you and PCS for the update, and for taking the time and effort to visit today. Sorry to hear that nobody was in, worrying times indeed with continued radio silence. It is my belief that the BOD have so much invested in the development of compounds that they will fight very hard to keep this alive, I just wish that they would communicate with shareholders. It seems that they have reverted to normal!
Hello everyone.
Just a brief update on today's events. First of all many thanks for what appears undoubted support for our initiatives based upon recent postings from many contributors on this BB.
We met at Sars offices as planned at 11.30 am and as suspected the offices are quite moderate and are clearly a satellite office rather than a working one. We already knew Sar operate an outsourced model so no real surprise there, also nobody was present .
PCS and I, now having retired to the local hostelry, were met by two other long term shareholders to consider / discuss the past, current, and future of how we perceive Sareum as a company, its management, and recent performance.
We all came away feeling enlightened and energised that we were all able to table our collective views and the what ifs.
We've agreed to go away and synthesize our discussions before considering what next.
However we've determined it's essential that we meet again very soon so as to hopefully be on the front foot rather than the back one as is currently the case. Nice evening all . PCS+ATMKD.
They have obviously found an area where comms are impossible - Board room and IR dept.
Num4,
RMM probably bailed out at 9P while giving us lecture to hold for 28P.
Hi Andy,
Please give us some feedback about your findings.
...disappeared or been asked to sign an NDA
They entered the office, read some important literature on a table, they know everything and now they have disappeared
Hi All - Is there any feed back from our fellow investors visit today ?
PS: I note that the last comments posted was at 14.42 which seems odd to me.
Thanks for putting in the effort. Hope it went well.
A good link HbD.
I am of the belief we can be better than Deucracitinib with regards to efficacy and would suggest we can obtain a better PASI score of 75 by the end of a twelve week period. This was a target by BMS but did not achieve.
As a negative poster put here when l stated the advantages of dual inhibition in this indication his reply.
I can see them all sitting around the table and saying ' well why didn't we think of this,'
Sarcasm!
But they did not think of this at the time.
They cannot change what they have done, all the can do is sit back and watch the later advanced dual inhibition Tyk2 Jak1 inhibitors with potential greater efficacy knock Deucracitinib from the top of its lofty perch.
Again by having the dual approach there is plenty of hypothesis to support this as well as substantial evidence in preclinical studies
All the more important to obtain the phase1 data results, interpretation of leading to phase 1b trial should the finance issues be resolved.
Regards
Likewise Potnak. I am reliant on my mobile due to travelling around. Not a good experience
LSE on mobile is terrible. I canceled my subscription a couple of years back, mostly because of how bad the site is. Can hardly see what I'm typing now because of ad's. I'm only here because the Sareum stalwarts are.
Try a different browser, Duck duck go is MUTCH better no third party pop ups! On Google it's nearly as bat as a Reach site.
