See Bio have also been buying Theradiag shares. Did have 19 percent now up to 25 percent
Been like that long time i understand clinical sales differant marketing and is base.... But i would imagine that free testing end has created a differant approach..... Flexibility and speed.. Seem lost... In the next year of confusion the older generation will test.....im getting a van and a lab in the box and a add in the southampton echo
@ Harchris.
I feel the over inflated SP was concocted by the past ceo to quantify his leaving bonus.
This ceo can't even acknowledge the shareholders.
Like a lot on of investors on here, I too am well and truly under water.
Need to move from all there to here there and everywhere :)
Frustrating...... Its all there
This on linked in.

Anyway, it's been pretty easy to trade and make good money if you've followed the chart.
Green candle posted is my bet tomorrow.

Brentw,
This dispute is to a large degree out of NCYTs hands. The governement will want their finances for the year tidied up, so who knows. As long as DA et Al have no knowledge of how the dispute may unfold at the time they bought the shares that is all that matters. Maybe he had meetings this week to discuss but as of Friday was none the wiser as to how this may ultimately unfold.
As for LFT sign off for home use and sales, that is very possible, given the change of rules.
With the last 7 days bringing deaths of 1097 in uk i do not think it is the SP we need to worry about but our own families.
Problem is if we get another 7-10 of these until news day.
No RNS ,i would imagine , my guess is tomorrow brings £1.98 before a return to £2.20
It depends on what you mean by screwed WBAFC? The aim of investing is obviously to make money but if you're someone that dabbles on AIM rather than investing in a FTSE tracker you may be one of the many that actually end up losing money. Let's take the scenario of someone with £50k in novacyt at an average of £5. Currently that £50k is worth about £21k. In a year's time it might be worth £60k or it might be worth £10k, some shares go up and others go down, there are no certainties especially in small cap pharma stocks.
Now if what I said happens and a £4 takeover occurred (I don't think for a second this is very likely, I was simply hypothesising) that same individual who started with £50k, who is now at £22k will walk away with £40k - ideal? no, but better than it's been for the past 12 months. If one is able to throw hundreds of thousands at an AIM small cap stock at a very volatile time I would guess that they will likely survive just fine walking away with a 20% loss here.
Disappointed? Maybe. Screwed? Doubt it.
Sonic, are you really so naïve that you expect an RNS on the dispute just after director purchases?
A waste of time reading anything into this at the moment. Patience required and as for chart predictions at the moment, give me strength.
Maybe a RNS on the dispute or LFT for general sale, after all the government needs supply to Britain's shelves now.
Zzzzzzzzzz
Positive DHSC outcome......oh hang on, tomorrow is 1st April. :-(
like I said earlier in week, it stinks and that is all there is to it... imo
#hopefullynotlongtoexit

As expected hit the support lines, will miraculously start going the other way now.
WBAFC : Unless DA has found a way to avoid paying tax on his salary, I don't think he will be looking to retire any time soon.
That research Kaeren points to a collaboration which would benefit both Bio and Nova,it could well be strategic investment to outlet Nova products, there are moves afoot now and yet I cannot understand the logic of the market.
Fingers crossed!
Yes he was B2H , sorry attempted fraud scam calling across all my NW accounts this a.m. so now cardless in Donegal :(
With regards to Parakito and Theradiag it is clear they focus in on the target part of the company that interests them. I was unaware as I'd never even thought about location of sales , that Biosynex has such an extensive range of pharmacies that they sell into. Logical when you think about it. This number has now increased with their partial purchase of Parakito.
So what have Novacyt inclusive of Microgen Bioproducts got that they are interested in.
Are the R&D teams in both Primer and Microgen working on select conversions of currently RUO products for commercial sale ?
Are they just interested in specific types of tests that could be sold in pharmacies. Are they looking at instruments to install in pharmacies or just lateral flow tests or both ? It would seem logical that they seek to further supply the outlets numbering region of 20 ,000 with non covid tests. This could easily be packaged in some form of JV. The R & D expertise sits within Novacyt , they so far mainly buy in products . In the main 20, 000 French outlets so numbers grow as you go cross border. Would Novacyt be interested in this sort of JV , high enough numbers and the margin negotiation is easy.
Just some thoughts.
Alternatively they are clueless as to what Bio want and are mid sabbatical having done no R& D for nigh on a year and their sole reason for existence is to rip the beep out of all as some suggest. Perhaps D.A and the board will announce great new Golf handicaps come end of April and as P100 suggests deliver nothing come end of year.
