Mast...activists are paid all over the place, by 'those' with ulterior motives. So why not Mongolia too...
The activists are reason I say that getting the LP signed on paper may not be the be all and end all for getting Heron into production. Way to go yet.
If it wasn't for one or two of you reporting on those never ending meetings over there, we would be complete mushrooms...thanks for nothing MB !
For all the promise plus oil already found, this really is an abysmal SP. And it's the end of Q1 already...in what should have been the MOAYears for PM...Silence.
Master82, there is a conference happening today at the State Palace for Geologists. They are discussing everything including the current problems being faced. If he isn't there or a representative of PM then someone needs their backsides kicking !!!
That is right LP. Thanks
Hamm
Exploit licence was granted in July 2021........guessing you mean LP
;)
you got to admire the activists. They don't even have money to fund trip from one place to another and yet they are getting time with mpram minister and local governor and so many meetings have taken place between the representatives and the activists..
They even got in to China's field and made them shut down some water wells.
That's called dedication. And they are not even paid
Absolutely mast.
I'll be surprised if MB is even in Mongolia.
Its too cold at the moment. Can't see him going there to freeze.
If he was serious he would be on their local news channel and on Bloomberg Mongolia to shed some light on the matter and maybe put pressure on the Mpram.
This is not how a Director should operate.
He needs to change his attitude towards work. He's had it toooo easy for toooo long
Im surprised Buck didn't say when he was asked to assist in the new round of licencing.. yes il be glad to help "once MATD are cleared to go)!
Dear Miss Ghani,
MATD has been operating in Mongolia for many years spending millions of pounds for exploration. Finally MATD found oil 3+ years ago but unfortunately MATD hasn't been granted explotation license yet.
Most of the shareholders are uk nationals. We have have put our hard earned money investing in Mongolia. It isn't fair that Mongolian government hasn't granted the relevant license after more than 3 years. Please could you raise this very important issue with ministry of Mongolia.
Regards,
I have sent this email a while ago but had no response yet!
Very good post, Dozzawba.
I also Totally agree with you and have sent a message to the British Ambassador again.
Like I have said before "NO NEWS TODAY" people can write as much as they like on this BB but until we have news there is
"NO NEWS"
My take on the timing regarding raptor is quite simple. MB could not speak to the Canadians until he was sure of the money from the funding. It looks like Talon snapped up the available rigs to do their three wells in April. These will take approx 30 days so given there will then need to be some time to move equipment I would expect Raptor to spud in mid to late May or early June. Best case scenario would be that the LP comes in the meantime as many more will come in for the rise to spud knowing that they have this insurance and Heron still to come this season.
Well said. Totally agree with you.
I have emailed Investor Relations again and also copied in the broker. Perhaps a few others could do the same. I am pro PM and have been invested for 9 years and am very frustrated again at the lack of communication of MB and PM. Yes ref the LP I know and agree MG are slow and also laws and procedures are being put into place at the moment to speed up the processes moving forward, but what I cannot accept is the silence of Buck. An update of where we are with the LP would be good. It has been 6 weeks now since the operational update and the main gripe I have is within that 6 weeks he has not been able to get a date off the Canadian Drilling company to spud Block V. What the hell has he been doing regards this. We will be in Q2 a week Monday, and still bloody silence from him. My personal opinion of Buck is he has a total lack of respect for private investors. On the PM website there is a paragraph that is headed "Building Trust" Buck needs to read this and act on what the company preaches. My opinion is that I do not doubt he is a top geologist, but he should not be a CEO of a company in Mongolia.
Rant over, anyway as said I have emailed them, perhaps a few other people could do the same and try and apply some pressure
iamrich - so early April is your expectation? So within the next two weeks. I'll eat a big slice of humble pie and also buy you a beer if that happens.
Interesting that other posters who shot me down are now also getting a bit concerned. Something just smells a bit fishy, the constant delays are incredible. Months just pass by with no real news. I mean, what is MB doing other than perhaps sending email chasers to the MG?!
I also do not understand why central government are giving the local government any choice at all...why another meeting? Just override them. To say to them "you've got another chance to say yes, and if you don't, we'll override you anyway" seems strange.
Steady on chaps , it was only last Friday they had that local meeting to discuss the previous refusal yet this time have had the Central Government dictate to grant it or we'll overide you.
They're still probably using typewriters that run on Yak speed so more likely it'll coome next week.
Can understand the frustration. Hang in there.
In my view, Central Govt has probably made it clear to Local Govt to get LP done ASAP and get a move on or we will.
Is this the guy who was persistently bad mouthing the company, Mike Buck, the Mongolian authorities generally until one day, overnight, miraculously it was the best stock in the entire World!
Black to White?
Bad to good?
Flick the switch.
Then Flick it back again.
At least Mr Positive just sells and goes away until next time.
Rich, I don't need to prove how many shares I have. It irreverent. I was just replying to your comments.
You don't need to be rude. But certainly you don't have shares more than MB. That would be the reference without telling you my exact number of shares. Please don't be rude. You don't need to. I am a true inventor and been here before you. I have been active in Mongolia Bloomberg TV , face book, Twitter etc etc wherever I could I did my best to support MATD/MB.
I haven't sold any shares yet. I am still hopefully to get LP but anxious as well. I don't agree/support if MB/MATD starts drilling before H1 LP secured. How difficult is to understand that?
Hamm,
I'm glad that you've returned to your previous sound position, both regarding the MG and this chatterbox and idler CEO. Who doesn't care what he will spend our money on and is ready to continue his new risky drillings and leaving PM as an search company instead of making an oil producer, taking the business to a much higher level. Therefore only by increasing the pressure on the MG, this inappropriate CEO and all other organisations, including the British Embassy in Ulaan Baatar and even the Mongolian Embassy in London, we can get the LP.
Hamm I don't think you have alot of share here trust me I have way more then you, stop this nonsense talk of owning so much that you will tank the share market get lost man,
You have been a serial derampers and tamper as and when it suits your trade
But don't go and bad mouth the CEO just like that mate you sold that's you now don't bring people down for your own gains
Rich, I thought you said it isn't MG concerns! Therefore MG can't promise anything.
No I haven't sold any shares. If I do the price would tank! I have more shares than any body here.
Certainly much more than MB. I will add when we get LP. But it would be daft if drilling starts without LP granted and stupid if MB doesn't change his tactics. I agree with you that nobody knows what is going on and you don't know either.
The question is if MB knows? that matters!
