Even if there is almost nothing new in RNS and Mike's interview such a big sell could be justified only by urgent needs of money. One thing that making me now a little bit optimistic it is Mike's clear frustration by situation and his desire to say next time about the granting of a license and not about one or two more sh...s steps on that directions. Probably he has also some reason not to hesitate by putting his reputation under the fire again in his expectations to get permit within Q2 2021. In any case, there is no much time left and soon we can see whether this management worth something and capable to do something essential or they are just empty talkers.
Ojay, I very wonder how far away you are from understanding my position. I would never invest in any company without being sure that I am invested in really good and prospective one. But investing in such there is always a catch either by incompetent, fraudulent or even frankly criminal management who have learned how to commit crimes and not to be taken by ass and putted in prison. Such examples, as you probably know, just a lot. You don't need to go far for an example because the Bergen deal alone was enough to understand this. Or do you really don't understand that all these sharp PM's share price rise, and then lightning-fast fall or even today's whole carousel around the EL has occurred naturally? And not as the result of the incompetence of management as at best, and not of precisely purposeful and pre-planned action as at worst? If you think that such actions are just random especially if they happen with potentially promising AIM companies, then you need to urgently get rid of your illusions. Because if your investments are decreasing, then they will certainly come to someone and, first of all, to crooks who have learned how to manage all these processes in order to rob investors with impunity.
Mr P
I am also glad to hear your singing again, our long-awaited nightingale. A bit too early for singing, but still, many will look forward to your frequent and sonorous trills, forgetting that they are stuck in a swamp and your singing does not help. But brings melancholy when you suddenly and for a long time become silent again. So, sing mate, sing, because it is the only joy here.
Ostraliamate, I would be glad if I had such a level of skepticism. If so I could have avoided and not invest a single penny in a company where such an "outstanding" CEO turned out to be the head. You had to be "a really outstanding" to drive into such a miserable state not just a promising company, but which has already discovered a fairly large oil field. Not to mention that this" high caliber professional "didn't even guess the presence of oil at Heron much earlier and start from it turning the company into a truly outstanding one. Instead of wasting time and putting PM into such a swamp without any knowledge when it can be pulled out of there together with our investments.
GL to you too, mate. Would be glad to share optimism but I am in big doubts that it could become reality at the nearest future.
Could you please respond to my question as well: how your "very capable and methodical CEO will be working through the process with the Mongolian government and participate even one of that "multiple meetings and discussions, multiple departments and people that need visibility"? Is your CEO not just very capable but superman who can do it sitting in Singapore?
Something telling me that the necessary work has not been done and there is not yet the package all of documents that are needed to go through all the stages of registration and issuance of EL. Otherwise and as I already mentioned only an idiot, who happened to be CEO, could be in Singapore today but not in Ulan-Bator. Being even not a CEO but just an official representative of the company with all the documents in my hands I would simply not have left offices of those government officials from whom a decision depend. This is why I am almost sure MB either lier and the necessary job do not completed or looks like an idiot, sitting abroad and even not where he is needed.
I am sure such a delay mainly caused either by arrogance such a "big calibre specialist" (who has very kindly accepted not a big deal offer and in so far away Mongolia) that of course should naturally enjoy all the support and even the privilege of not being present at his workplace. Or simply misunderstanding of his functions as a CEO and those tasks that are need to be solved in order to create really a prosperous company. And this is not at all surprising, because even if we assume that MB is a really good geophysicist, which, to be honest, I also pretty much doubt, does not mean at all that he can be a good CEO too. These are completely different functions, not to mention that there are people with the gift of leadership, and there are performers. Even very good performers and followers rare can be leaders, that's all.
Hi guys, delay has noting to do with Ghengis Khan and little with Mongolian government. There is no government in the world that is going to solve quickly and sufficiently any issue of the London SE listed company or even if PM had a double listing as some believe. The whole problem is the the management of the company and its CEO. The Mongolian government treats them exactly as any other would. You have to be able to work with any government for to be respected. And if you don’t come into contact with representatives of the bodies on which the decision depends, don’t understand their mentality but stupidly praise then would be treated with complete disdain. And that is exactly what is happening. And that is why if our CEO were really worthy and smart, then he would not be like an idiot imagining himself to be a strategist seeing a battle from afar, but would participate in this figurative battle. Moreover he could have no battle at all by simple contacts creation with the officials, among whom, by the way, there may be very decent people who are ready to help and speed up the matter. And not at all for a bribe always, but often simply out of friendly motives or other interests. And till such contacts will not happen then the EL issuance I am afraid can last unimaginably long.
For new series of the film "An Idiot Abroad" where Karl, becoming the CEO of an oil company, confused Mongolia with Singapore? Lol
Making an investment in such a film and starting to laugh we could overcome all the negativity and stress from this ugly waiting process and even compensate for the upcoming losses from the inaction of our real, so weak-willed and helpless CEO.
This is not a rocket science but simple logical thinking. If the government is so supportive, then who could that CEO and his team be, who have not been able to obtain a license for more than a year and a half? The answer is obvious - either liars or completely incompetent, at best. Or just scammers. No self-respecting CEO could sit quietly away from his main workplace and wait for a decision. Not saying about a true entrepreneur and caring owner of his company, who has invested his own money and should be obsessed with the desire for success.
Petrodollar, you are a broken record and Spainish is absolutely right. Moreover, you and well known persistent insect are here just for to give better impression of the PM's miserable BOD and its "high-ranking CEO guest". Who is siting in Singapore instead of being in Mongolia and taking all of necessary actions and get EL asap. Therefore all of your attempts are exactly the same primitive, as their meaningless RNS during last 18 months. So, stop write your the same useless and meaningless comments here again and again.
Bod, do you have any guesses or an understanding of how your CEO could ended up with shares worth 240K. Sorry, but you have to be a complete idiot to assume that he bought these shares by paying for them out of his own pocket. All their shares are paid for by investors, and therefore, before writing such nonsense think and do not embarrass yourself.
Ojay, I understand that 10 years of waiting can play a cruel joke with any person. Nevertheless, I advise you don't judge others by yourself and not get personal. It would be much better for you to prepare yourself not to go crazy in case of losing the next many years of your life in miserable anticipation of PMs license.
No, Spainish he's much worse than you think. I am sure that this persistent and annoying insect flies here on the instructions of the mediocre PM management with the sole purpose to justify their completely obvious worthlessness. In other words, being a parasite in their nature, they chose the same parasite as their troll-representative on this forum.
In return, I would advise you not to disgrace yourself further by giving me your advice, Ojay. You'd better remember how you annoyed everyone with your stupid and constant motto "In Matad I trust". It's good that you stopped writing one nonsense, now you should stop writing others.
Dozzawba, unfortunately the Mongolian government as a whole, and even more so for individual bureaucrats, is completely indifferent to who and what will think of the country. They care about their own interests, which can often even be directly opposed to the interests of the country. And that is why people, and even more so the heads of companies doing business in a particular country, should be able to realistically assess these risks and overcome them in a variety of ways.
In this respectI completely agree Hamm. As a real CEO, that is, an entrepreneur in his spirit, who perceives business as his creation, and therefore responsible for everything that happens to the company and its investors, MB had to act realistically and stronger. Instead, he essentially sang praises and told us fairy tales. Then the covid arrives and turned out to be a lifeline excuse on which can write off everything. At the very least, this is dishonest and false position based. Which is making him not that true man, master of his word and who knows how to achieve his goals as he looked like initially, but impotent, who wants but unable. And if very soon the license is not presented, and even more so if another year is will be lost, then this will be 100% confirmed.
Come on Petro, place next of your 3, 4 .... identical comments. Just two are not enough to convince everyone here in your rosy assumptions and unlimited positive. We already have such Mr. Positive here and he does an excellent job with his duties. So, have a rest buddy, otherwise you can undermine your health from overstrain, if you are not his clone helping him in his hard job ofcourse.
Spainish, do not hope that persistent insect can answer to your serious questions. It can just buzz. Even sending them directly to management you are unlikely to get any intelligible answer. But only a formal and meaningless reply.
