B/p: Finally!
Hope you do it this time!
Such sound and fury signifying Nothing!
Will you two give over your like two children at kindergarten
Ojay - you clearly have an issue with me so please filter me - as I am now doing with you. End of.
B/p - in that case you don't find me annoying, abusive etc. In addition to that you make pre-announcements (like "filtered") which you don't follow thru with - interesting.
Don't try to talk your way out of this: You clearly use the word "reality" although you are merely speculating. Is that how you want to get back at whoever it is? That's what kindergardners do!
OK - at least I now know in which category you belong.
Ojay - as I have explained before I frequently filter/unfilter BB posters who I find annoying, abusive or simply ridiculous. Surprisingly I have no one filtered at present, not even you!
WRT to speculating, 90%+ of the posts here are speculation (yes - even your Saint WOS). Without it the BB would be a sterile place indeed.
Doc83,
thanks. Good luck
JADE Gas Drilling in November.
"Jade Gas" company plans to start pilot production in 4 wells from November
Jade Gas, a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, has announced that it is close to starting the pilot production of the coal bed methane gas project in Umnogov province.
Drilling of the last well of the program, "Red Lake-15", began on August 22. The depth of the well reached 563.9 meters on the fifth of September, and 25 meters thick gas coal was discovered at the depth of 524-551 meters. As a result, the four vertical production wells, "Ulaan Nuur-5", 7, 11, and 15, have met the requirements of the soon-to-be-started pilot production program.
It is highlighted that more gas is expected to be discovered by cross-wells in the future. It is also estimated that the pilot mining program will begin in 3-6 months.
The company has signed a contract with "Major Drilling" for its drilling program. The first well of the cross-production program will be drilled in early November.
Regarding the progress of the project, the CEO of "Jade Gas" emphasized, "We are pleased to confirm that we have discovered additional gas coal in the Red Lake field. This brings us closer to the start of the pilot production program that will begin in November."
Badprophet,
thanks. Good luck
Apart from the fact (reality!) that he has long ago "filtered" me b/p appears to have a crystal ball and consequently knows what is coming, i.e the future which typically has nothing to do with "reality".
It would be wise for b/p - who claims to have filtered me - to mark his posts so that everybody understands that he is speculating and knows nothing about the future.
Thanks Notpleb,
That article was May 2022 and since then they've complete the EPC Phase 1
From may22

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. With aims to establish an oil refinery based on available supply of commodities, meet domestic demands for gasoline, and launching domestic production, a comprehensive construction project is being implemented in Altanshiree soum, Dornogobi aimag - the project of Mongol Refinery State Owned LLC.
Planned to be put into operation in 2025, the construction works were recently launched. Its detailed feasibility study was approved by the Mineral Resources Professional Council at the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry on November 15, 2018.
They said they have enough cash until June 24(?) but with no substantial income stream they won't want to run it to the wire & jeopardise their salaries!
//When would the cash raise be?//
Possibly before xmas but maybe Jan/Feb
I think they'd try to hold off until at least February... 2 cash raises within a year would not be a good look.
The hope is that we finally have this all resolved and the SP does indeed go double figures. Then, if there is a raise, it'll hopefully be from a much higher SP and I'll already be out!
Badprophet,
When would the cash raise be?
//The truth is brutal sometimes, particularly when it hits you unexpectedly.
You really can't win 'em all - better to deal with reality.//
Aye - no oil sales this year & another cash raise. Brutal reality!
Jimi: Extract from your post “not that it's of any importance to PMs operations” There is a possible issue to be addressed or finessed regarding the Government’s production share (40%) and royalty 5%. Assuming Heron is producing MG’s entitlement either would have to be exported or stored.
Looks like we've got another bad sport on this BB.
The truth is brutal sometimes, particularly when it hits you unexpectedly.
You really can't win 'em all - better to deal with reality.
Thornogson, stop lying that you are not interested in my opinion. Otherwise, you would not have read my comments, much less rejected them without delving into the essence of my arguments. But only citing the fact that I used to be an ardent supporter of the company and was overly optimistic. So don't embarrass yourself here, and if my opinion really doesn't interest you, then there is filter. If you don't know how to use it ask someone for advice.
Seems every other month they move the goal post for the commissioning of the damn refinery not that it's of any importance to PMs operations. GLA
// to intensify the work to put the plant into operation in 2027.//
Some on here were originally (I think) saying 2024. 2030 more likely IMV!
Following on, this shows were the loan money
is going https://www.mongolianminingjournal.com/a/73085
The conditions for the start of the construction of the deep processing technological facilities of the plant have been created
"Mongolian Oil Refinery" signed an agreement with the following companies selected as license holders of deep processing Patented technology facilities related to the EPC 04 package works of the Oil Refinery in January-April 2022.
Hydrogen plant (HGU) - Kinetics Technology 🇮🇹 Italy
Sulfur separation unit (SRU) - Axens 🇫🇷France
Gasoline Processing Facility (MS Block) - UOP Honeywell🇺🇸USA
Hydrocracking (HCU) - UOP Honeywell🇺🇸USA
Diesel Hydrotreating (DHDT)- UOP Honeywell🇺🇸USA
Liquefied Petroleum Gas Separation Units (LPGU) - UOP Honeywell🇺🇸USA
Wiesbreaking (VBU) - Shell🇳🇱Netherlands
The above companies completed the design of their respective patented technology facilities in December 2022.
The selection of the company to perform the last package of the factory construction, "Engineering, procurement and construction of the licensed technology facility" (EPC 04 package) has been completed and the conditions have been created to start the work.
At today's meeting of the government, it was decided to start construction of the 3 facilities (Hydrocracking, Hydrogen Plant, Sulfur Separation) that need to be built first, within the loan proceeds.

Enjoy holiday Mr WOS!!
Extra large suitcase required for Mrs WOS many new shoe(s) .....and Mr WOS many new trouser(s)?
As no 'without feather, Sir' allowed in Malaysia, fewer trouser(s) required for Mr WOS ?... So maybe large and not extra large suitcase only!
And maybe also give time for Mr WOS to post here while on holiday.... as not the same without you here, Mr WOS ?!
