Sorry meant marbella 😉
His 'what' is in Estepona, cooking, did you leave out a word 😉
Oh I would love that
I am in Estepona and could meet up too?
Cloud cuckoo land suits me fine ! We must meet up the next time your in Marbella I’m around San Pedro area . I promise I’ll be nice ( a funny day indeed)
Cuckoo,
would you mind accepting my gratitude for being known as a pr..k. As you well know the term represents the SYMBOL of masculinity although in the pc world we now live in the more refined refer to pe..s.
Why not show some magnaminity to the posters here and educate them on living in Cloud Cuckoo land.If it is all what it is suposed to be some might wish to join you.
Doomster not stalking you on here now is he John?
He's trying the same with me on Glen lol.
Obviously too embarrased to post on his beloved BOO - that £8k he sunk into that turkey at an sp of £3.78 (as per his own post), whilst ramping the backside off it to "£4.50" must have fried his noodle.
Esp seeing they are at a lowly 35p, AFTER the saviour Mike Ashley decided to feel sorry for them and buy a few more.
Doomster,
maybe that you are in the centurion league might account for your selective memory loss.
You predicted the Bankruptcy of Ryanair in 2020 and sung the praises of IAG and EJ -"keep EJ and IAG but Ryanair being irish has no hope at all with Uncle Mikey cutting his losses and declaring Bankruptcy". So perhaps you might care to explain how Ryanair is now the largest Airline in the world by market capitalisation and whose market value is almost double the combined market values of EJ and IAG.In case you forget this was achieved without government bail outs unlike EJ and IAG who secured BILLIONS.A very straightforward question. You come out with the earth shattering news last week of airline strikes this summer with the proviso "remember where you heard it first. You appear to forget that the French ATC s take their annual summer holiday strike for Doomster years. If they decide not to strike would be earth shattering news
In 2020 you predicted the liquidation of BIRG, AIB AND the Irish Economy. Can you explain for the benefit of posters here how BIRG grew 850% , AIB grew over 500% in last 4 years while the pillar of UK Banks, Barclays , did not grow 1% in same time period. You also laughed at my prediction that BIRG would reach 10.50/11 in new year of 2024 and your silence is deafening on their hitting 10.75 last week. BIRG even recovered from your Jonah effect in 2023 when you praised them ,only for them to fall over 20% subsequently.
For the last 4 years yourself and a few rampers have bored us to death glorifying boohoo with you proclaiming "Boo 400p this week but hold for the inevitable 500p. Simple question- why have they tumbled to 33p and trading as low as 29p. Do you not think that "crying wold" should be rebranded "crying Boo".
You have often declared "Bottle" to be a key criterion in making investment decisions. Is it expecting too much for you to have the "Bottle" to answer above simple questions ?
"why would anyone sell BIRG prior to monday with an incoming 60c div ?"
Might suit someone with a CGT loss as opposed to paying tax on dividend.
The 60c being paid to shareholders could also be seen as defensive against any prospective European bank approach.
"why would anyone sell BIRG prior to monday with an incoming 60c div ?"
Because the SP might fall 74c you 🤡
By the way what’s your obsession with the Cuckoo
I know you think I’m a Cuckoo . But Johnny I’m not ?
As for Langer being a term of endearment when I was grownup in cork 1970’s if you called someone a Langer you called him a prick
You stick to your trading philosophy of buy high buy often and sell low
Leave the property market toto me you obviously don’t understand it
Congratulations Cuckoo on your purchase of 6 units in Lansdowne Place, Ballsbridge because it's a racing certainty that the Langers in Cork wouldn't give 6 grand per month for 6 units !
You must educate the board on what living in Cloud Cuckoo Land is like.
Your strategy is long term and will pay off
By the way John I have no beef with you , I wish you all the luck in the world with your trades. May the road rise with you “Johnny rotten “
Not to say i sold a bit low, its a very tricky game, if you get a good profit take it
I think your getting to him that way he done that buy , very unlike him to buy high
Your the dude who was selling half of your AIB
And if birg achieved 10.62 you were a seller
You originally sold at 6/7/8/9 and 10.10 then you say you accumulated 40000 between 8 and 10.58
What ever floats your boat Jon Jon
I’m a long term holder none of this selling at 6/7/8:9/10 and buying back all the way up to 10.58.
I accumulated 25000 shares my break even was at €8 I won’t be buying anymore but will probably pass mine on to my son and take the dividends.
By the way you were boasting about 28k dividends that’s less than my monthly rental income (gross)
Cooking,
trading can increase your holding for same original outlay. sell higher than buy in price not vice versa.
My buy at 10.58 financed from sale of AIB shares.
You are very quiet on your very contradictory posts set out in my 12.14 post today.as already posted you come across as a very confused and bitter bird. cannot make up your mind but nothing new there.
with all your digging you should be approaching "aussie land" by now.
Jon Jon. Generally when someone sells something they don’t buy it back at a higher price trading or not
Seems to me you have a dose of the sell low buy high’s nasty stuff
Cuckoo,
I take it you have never heard of the term "trading" - believe it or not but it is an every day occurance and doesn't require "reading between the lines".
I sold out average 8euros bought 3euros - i sold some 10.10euros last year, we are due a fall back in US over heating market
Not so long ago you sold at €10.10 now buying @10.58 what’s the strategy little jon
Very risky john buying 10.58, because before this week is out likely fall to 9.58, tomorrow 10 friday another fall 9.70 my guess, the dividend is only 48cent in your account - up over 8euros its to risky for me to trade or hold, it will fall back to 8euros some time soon anyway,
