Hi Bubble. Let's hope we win the Falkland's contract, and soon!

Fg, finance wasn’t based on IM it’s on original contracts
Well summarised country is full of pen pushers, layabouts and spungers. As for climate change it’s a big hoax feeding more pen pushers. Burn coal and plenty of it in my opinion… bring back steam trains and coal power stations.
Might Sir John be in a bit of pickle now?
All our assets our owned by RiverFort Global Capital Ltd, or some such. So, how are we supposed to arrange a new deal on better terms than the last one?
I'm not selling my shares, but isn't there a real danger that the government 'UKEF' won't guarantee our debts (as we haven't got any senior political figures on the payroll)?
ATB, FG
Finance still to come and we have contracts with MOD and others it’s going knowhere
Well fair play, Consuela and co won.
It is what it is and I feel for those who invested because of IM.
I think the way forwards with this is now to apply for Hydrogen storage . I will be interested to hear what Nobby has to say.
The judges also stated that the original verdict by the minister in question was Controversial because it went against The Net Zero 2050 policy. This policy must be scrapped.
Bloody net zero we will have to go back to making ships from the oak tree.. Thick brain cells alert!!
This company is sinking fast. No IM and no finance. You can't get anything done in the UK. It's just set up to benefit lawyers and pen pushers. They don't care about making progress to improve industry and infrastructure. Look at the HS2 debacle.
Bloody Net Zero. It will be the death of us all.

Get back to shipbuilding
It looks like ultimately the SP was already reflecting failure of that "asset" so now its back to the finance deal with less asset support, which again the market is still pricing in failure or at least onerous terms.
Nothing to hold up the finance decision now.
The main reason behind the appeal being successful was clearly that the case was not referred to the executive and the judges believed that it should have been. Now Stormont is back up and running, cant that now be done. If that was the case and it was a greed by the executive , i would imagine that there would be no grounds to question the granting of the license.
Such a pity, as that would’ve been a money spinner for us.
Looks like the finance will need to announced as a matter of priority
Well that's crap. How did the judge in August get it so wrong? Best option I see now would be for the executive to retake the decision, but then won't it just get subjected to another JR and appeal?
Looks like we are going to be forced to live in tents - No, I forgot, the Tories banned that!
Let's hope that future winters aren't freezing. Although I'm not hopeful, based upon our blistering summer.
Who are we to dare complain if f governments of the UK want to be at the mercy of energy markets?
I'm here for the long haul, so today's "stab in the back" doesn't matter much in the mists of time!

Without reading the judgement as I see it DAERA has two options firstly they could Petition the Supreme Court for Leave to Appeal the decision. The second option is to retake the decision in lie with the judgement. The quickest option would be to retake the decision. However if the Executive wants a definitive ruling on the points raised they would Petition for Leave. The test for leave to appeal is that it must be a point of law of general importance. My concern is that the points raised are peculiar to Northern Ireland so I am not sure that leave would be given it would depend I suspect on the view of the Northern Ireland Justice of the Supreme Court.
We should really just park this and focus on building fkin ships
Let's stick to ship building..
Insignificant once the finance is announced.
Global warming failed and became climate change so govt could green tax the wealth from the people under save the planet.
Green taxes only punish people and will never save the planet.
We are but slaves.
My take on it, is that they came to the correct judgement considering the law, however in this instance the Law is an Ass.
