If only fair words could lift the sp! Strange that a small outfit like EML can come up with this RKP procedure that will revolutionise potash production and then provide so much information before they have the patent granted. But who am I to know? I am thinking of applying for an extension of my lifespan so that I can see a return on my investment.
I think it hopefully shows they are now more confident, he says they hope to get the ESIA soon. But of course that was said almost 3 years ago now.
Fingers crossed and cautiously optimistic.
Marketing fluff from the African Mining Indaba 2024.
Unclear if it’s paid for by the conference or the company.
Thanks both, about to listen.
It’s a good and tangible change that the directors are willing and able to show face at all!

Hi Chisler, yes it gives them something to be useful but the government can still choose whether to deal with them. The patent is only for one way or doing things and only an application. OCP could offer to licence the technology, ask the university its working with the apply the same ideas in a different way so as to obtain the outcome without infringing the patent, or challenge the application as obvious. I’m not saying that they would do anything unhelpful, but we just don’t know either way.
To paraphrase George Lucas:
Lando : [we had a deal]
Darth Vader : I am altering the deal. Pray I don't alter it any further
Back to holding pattern and a drift back I suspect after a relative flurry of activity.
The more I think about it I just cannot envisage a world with 2 x independent operations which rules out an EISA anytime soon.
The time required to either establish some sort of formal partnership agreement or tactically push us to one side has to be considerable; even what with has gone on before.
Maybe licensing revenue from KMP will land first !
But EML has leverage now with there new "KMP patent pending " dont they.
chisler
“Can't be that difficult…” for the government to let the application keep sliding, as EML has no (visible) leverage
Goldbar2 - It's only been three years in the waiting, it is difficult and don't call me Shirley.
Swazers.
'@ testiclespack3 Sorry that you have to live your life jealous of others. It must suck living with constant feelings of inadequacy. Remember testiclespack, it is not the size but what you do with it that matters. :)'
And still can't mention the bs about me trolling him. Where is your evidence. Oh , you havn't got any, so resorts to insults. Uneducated. Jealous. LOL . You wouldn't understand company metrics if they jumped down your throat and bit your , well, it's not blx, since you don't have any. Now be a good boy ?, and run along
It's the first of two parts and takes a few times to soak in what his views are/were but himself and David Bohm were both fascinating respectively.
Surely we must be getting some news soon about the esia? It can't be that difficult!
Classic, thumbs up
Thanks for the link Matador78, I'll give that a listen today. Always interested to hear different points of view from people.
Hi Ideas - I didn't get where I am today without having a great deal of sarcasm and distrust in my life. Enjoy 3 minutes of I Didnt Get Where I Am Today - The Fall and Rise of Reggie Perrin

My mother can find meaning in Planets, numbers and seemingly random interactions and I'm always jovially dismissive as to not encourage it but always been curious as to why intelligent people like herself put so much faith in these systems. Arthur Young the inventor of the Bell Helicopter was a brilliant mind and could explain his thought processes in regards to astrological thinking.
Interesting fellow.

Idg69, can’t resist your quote a few days ago, “I'm […] 55% down over 3 years” when asking if that’s sarcasm or distrust of charts when you say you “didn’t get were I am today without the precise agreement and understanding of ‘macro asymmetrical descending triangles”?! Ha ha.
Hope so!
More local news (this time UK). Phosphate pollution in some rivers is a major problem. Struvite (slow release form phosphate, might be a solution ?
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-63285821
Adding more value in the Potash context, would imply the export of more complete (NPK) fertilizers for which Morocco has all the components.
Struvite (containing Phosphate and Nitrogen) would do nicely !
Thanks this is interesting. Silver, Cobalt and Nickel are specifically mentioned, and the talk about valourization.
I'm thinking here about the situation in Indonesia where the government has imposed restrictions on the export of Nickel ore, so that more value is added in the country (exporting Nickel sponge).
I didn’t get were I am today without the precise agreement and understanding of ‘macro asymmetrical descending triangles’ they are the only triangles I fully agree with.
Two bits of news FYI:
1. A presentation by the Minister at the House of Representatives Mining committee happened earlier today:
https://www-maroc-ma.translate.goog/fr/actualites/le-secteur-minier-une-composante-essentielle-de-leconomie-nationale?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en-US&_x_tr_pto=wapp
Reads as encouraging for the sector and a little ominous the number of references to 'national industrial sovereignty', as we could fall outside that definition. Also talks of rewriting the mining law; we don't need any more regulatory concerns (e.g., a mandatory 25% JV as per oil and gas).
2. The House of Representatives has closed for its first session of the year
https://www-maroc-ma.translate.goog/fr/actualites/chambre-des-representants-cloture-de-la-premiere-session-de-lannee-legislative-2023-2024?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en-US&_x_tr_pto=wapp
Looks like the second session ran from around mid-April to the end of July in other years.
Notice how #EML closed in precise agreement with my chart idea on the macro asymmetrical descending triangle. Intraday trading touched my target level of 3.50 and then closed within my levels. Let us see what the rest of the week offers. https://www.tradingview.com/x/UJm7HCRW/ https://x.com/SwazersC/status/1755187155440107594?s=20
