Yes, by end of next week 'Friday' CLON should lodge the documents. By end of the week after we will get the result back.
It is EU bid rather than CLON, so plenty of support I guess.
Doesn't all this have to be completed within the next 10 days?
'Next Chem X states financial and Pilot Testing.
'Phase 3 of the process will include confirmation of the Clontarf/NEXT-ChemX JV partnership's financial capacity as well as demonstration of NEXT-ChemX’s pilot plant that is being built in India
Great find Eagle Eyes, this is absolutely crucial and a game changer for CLON. Feeling very confident as a result!
@Pauly80
I'm not sure it's a lack of confidence, I think he was in a bit of a 'rush' writing the news release, factually it's inaccurate.
It was put together in haste. The pilot is Phase 4, not part of Phase 3.
Mr T, if you have read my previous posts the answer is clear to your question. The company has no history of success. Despite being around for over two decades little has been achieved. The market has low confidence.
Even note the quote by the director of nextchem - he does not appear awfully confident
This is not a deramp as I am heavily invested and desperate for this to succeed. However I am not that confident especially based on the recent disaster and PETREL where DH has been a disaster. He now refuses to answer calls and reply to emails which is very worrying
Https://www.reuters.com/markets/commodities/eu-call-mineral-projects-eyes-joint-purchases-2024-05-15/
BRUSSELS, May 15 (Reuters) - The European Commission will launch calls within days for projects to improve EU supply of critical minerals and hopes soon to begin joint EU purchases along the lines of its existing scheme for gas, a senior commissioner said on Wednesday.
The EU Critical Raw Materials Act is designed to guarantee a supply of lithium, copper and other minerals crucial for the EU's green and digital transitions, to enable the bloc to produce its own electric vehicles or wind turbines and to reduce dependence on China. It enters force on May 23.
" The extraction process is continuous, proven and can be used for a range of metal ions and radioactive ions."
NEXT-ChemX Corporation is an innovative technology company preparing to introduce its proprietary, patented novel Membrane-Based Ion Extraction Technology, known as iTDE technology (ion Targeting Direct Extraction) that has been proven to extract very low concentrations of certain ions from liquid solutions, while reducing the harmful impact to the environment using current processes. Our system uses a unique hollow fiber technology to extract lithium directly from brines, leach solutions, or recycled battery solutions. The extraction process is continuous, proven and can be used for a range of metal ions and radioactive ions.
Could be expecting the wrong thing middleagebloke.
Calm before the rise , this is the time to back Clontarf and back your decision to invest in them . Selling is for day traders , patience is for winners.
I'm expecting a steady slide in SP as people get bored and head elsewhere to try to maximise returns by hopping between small shares. This pattern will continue it seems until we are actually established in Bolivia.
What I can't understand is why ,if this is such a winñer then why isn't the market taking note?
Yes I know these small stocks are volatile and attract mug punters who trade for a few percent here and there, but, in the past news of a really positive nature, would see a sustained rise in the sp particularly as the sp here is at an all time low and we appear to be punching way outside our MC!!
Either the market is not convinced or something else is at play?
I guess we will find out soon enough as the next raft of news us not too far away.
I still expect a sustained rise now leading up to the next milestone, starting tomorrow so let's see if I am correct.
Mr T
Lots of us said yesterday that the SP would slide downwards again. I think it is quite reasonable to expect the SP to drift while we await further news.
I'm surprised the so dropped today !
I woukd have thought it would have carried on upwards based on the positive news yesterday.
If the market truly appreciates what is at stake and where Clon is positioned in it then surely the sp should be continuing northwards!!
I know there are traders and sellers but buyers should be prominent here going forward to the next news.
Let's see where we go tomorrow. I fully expect a blue day and I believe this should reach at least 0. 10 pre next news if this is as good as it seems!!!
Mr T
Doesn't it all have to be completed within the next 10 days ?
There is a difference in Next Chem X's news release and Clontarf's RNS.
Next Chem X states financial and Pilot Testing.
'Phase 3 of the process will include confirmation of the Clontarf/NEXT-ChemX JV partnership's financial capacity as well as demonstration of NEXT-ChemX’s pilot plant that is being built in India. Clontarf and NEXT-ChemX have been working closely together on the Bolivian extraction opportunity since 2022.'
@Proper-Job
Next-Chem X has contracted the work out to techs / engs in India.
So, I think they would have achieved their targeted deadlines.
Next-ChemX update to yesterdays news ...
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2024/05/16/2883519/0/en/Bolivia-Lithium-Brines-Update.html
I may have missed this news and if so please correct me, but as far as I am aware Next-ChemX are still working on their pilot plant. I think it was scheduled for completion by the end of Q2 this year and is needed to determine whether their lab proven technology can be successfully adapted for financially viable commercial use. Without this we will be going nowhere!
Can anyone provide any insight?
Thanks.
Pauly has prunes on his bran flakes just in case.
Paul..I appreciate where you’re coming from and agree investors should look at passed performance of the management/CEO though I like to add Iraq currently is one of the most corrupt officials and government since 2003 so it’s not quite the same as Bolivia.
Let’s hope this time Clon is successful and so far so good and not long to wait for further news..
GL
I think I've only annoyed you Pauly in fairness and I don't post on whether the stock rises or falls like a doom circle commentator reporting on the general vibe the days trading brings. I just think everything you say is so niaive and kid like that you don't seem able to self-edit the nonsense you spout. I m sure its annoying having that played back.
Except it’s not Friday …..it’s Thursday 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Francky - your name appears familiar. I think you may have posted some time back and am pretty sure your annoyed some other posters who made negative comments and you then you disappeared until now.
I am not here for petty arguments and provoking people so will not give you that opportunity. However PET and CLON are not two completely different companies. Both run out of Clontarf and have DH at the helm. The point I am making is that DH has not had a successful career to date. He may have visited many countries, attended some senior meetings and boasts about excellent relationships with governments like Iraq and Bolivia and Ghana. So far it ‘appears’ that may be correct for Bolivia (we will truly know the answer on August 2nd) but so far it has meant diddly squat in Iraq and Ghana .
Never assume anything with DH. When he has nothing to hide he emails responses to shareholders quickly. When he is hiding something he refuses to answer at all
Eagleyez - excuse my typos. I was meant to say that CLON must be awarded more than 1 contract for it to be game changing. I hear your point about 1 being potentially game changing but if we want the sp to really rise and for long term investors to be rewarded where some bought in at 1 pence, two contracts would help make that possible.
With regards to your point about viability - DH has often talked about having a great relationship with the Iraqi ministry and recently they received feedback and advice regrading their proposals and were
Going to make the necessary adjustments . After 25 years of working with the Iraqi’s i am sure they would have realised many many years ago about the viability of proposals instead of waiting now. My point is that DH has some serious flaws and not a successful track record.
