The fact is there has been no news on a project that is due to commence this year??? And we we informed finance was arranged and would be sorted by now?

The reason for the drop is the market is getting twitchy regarding this delay. Not even I did think we would still have no news by now, incredible to me?

I'm not sure what CB is up to but if he can't sort a piddly 7M loan out based on the numbers we know I'm speechless.

Directors, especially elder ones do not get it and I have pointed out many times keeping the sp higher rather than lower is paramount in avoiding reckless dilution.

It's all well and good Prickly coming on here saying according to CB everything is on track but it makes no difference. We need concrete official news from the company which as far as I'm concerned is well overdue.

We need an update on the plan and current situation pronto it doesn't matter what CB thinks? He needs to consider shareholders.

Agreed communication is dreadful. Considering what is supposedly happening this year I cannot believe we have had no updates? Unbelievable really even for a CB led outfit.

You're correct the shareholders own the company and it is incumbent on the management to keep them informed particularly when such an important project such as H&G is nearing production.

Seems extremely odd that we are heading into March and we'll into Q1 and we have had radio silence?

How much DD is required to stump up a piddly amount for the finance on this mine. Based on Archers numbers it's a no brainer for a small to medium financier to back this project and as Prickly has pointed out those projections are way too low for turnover and profits.

Very very odd as even I thought news would have hit by now. At least the sp is holding firm which is a very good signal.

Come on CB let's get moving or at least an overall update that things are all on track.

I think it will go ahead but the longer it drags on the less likely the funding will be to our advantage?

Maybe we will need more equity in which case the question will be at what price. Based on what we know it could be at a premium to the current sp?

I feel your pain? But I did forecast this and stick by my bet on the news will drop February. I can't see it being any later now due to the recruitment drive underway and which would be a pointless excercise should all agreements not be in place.

I then expect the sp to head north into the .2's and maybe a little higher dependant on the newsflow. Good positive newsflow in February and I can see us into the .3's but it will need to be constant. New forecasts of earnings must have been undertaken in view of metal price uplifts which will again add to the mix and positivity.

No news on financing is disappointing I have yo say, however I did predict this would be the case, so I'm not surprised in the slightest.

I can't see it going on for much longer though after all the recruitment for employees is next week so surely they will know the package is fully agreed by then?

Otherwise no point in recruiting anyone?

Again we are waiting for the finance package to be confirmed? I did warn this would be February at the earliest? I stick by that.

We have discussed the Mankayan stock on here previously and it is now blindingly obvious we should have sold the lot when Blackstones sp was peaking? We sold 2M worth but it should have been 5M plus. An error of judgement by CB in my opinion.

I fo think however this project will go ahead and will show healthy returns tor investors. Anyone selling now would be barking as I see the sp much higher sooner rather than later.
