You're in denial my friend. I'm no fan of the last 14 years of Tory missrule but since Rachel from complaints came along bond rates and interest on government debt has ballooned? That's the point the media seen also to be in denial about. The Country is on the verge of a financial crises and thar may occur sooner rather than later.

An independent analyst won't produce any different results to what we already know? I know analysts can manipulate numbers but what use would it serve? None whatsoever.

What we need is an RNS to notify the EGM pronto and then all should be revealed including the funder. This has yo happen PDQ as time is running on.

Definitely a transfer states it is a "transfer in specie" on the TR form. This is a non sale non cash transfer. Must be Warner.

If you check the shareholding register this RNS equates to M Warners holdings 12.21%!!!

I believe it is some sort of transfer probably a tax proactive move.

Could signal some corporate activity though and as soon as any positive news appears this will rocket because it's currently valued at barely 2M quid???

Good points and fully agree. As for the current Chancellor, can anyone really believe she is up to the job? The most financially inept Chancellor in the history of the Country and boy she's got some good competition?

Archer is the one analyst pushing BZT so we should be very grateful indeed but it's all well and good him doing that and the Company reverting to "radio silence" again!!!! This helps nobody.

News please CB snd plenty of it to get us moving and then perhaps we may attract the attention of some other analylists to start covering our project.

yes i've never been able to understand aim its a **** show basically.

we have had a raft of decent announcements over the past few months and yes the sp climbed to .10 on the back of them which was welcome but also obvious!

the company is moving forward and it appears will be trading sometime next year which is one hell of a turnaround for what was a tiny cap metals detector!! in africa!

i cant quite understand the drip down at the minute, no huge sell off as far as i can see? yes the warrants are or will hold us back but the news should overshadow those to a certain extent and move the sp up!

i believe we are in another "waiting period" which on aim is not good!!! this is why the drip down. i'm hoping the important news will hit next week as we are now running out of weeks to hold an egm and get everything set before the christmas break in africa which i believe was mentioned as mid december.

so lets hang on and await the news that we believe should arrive shortly based on the latest roast podcast.

I don't think the market check company investment values daily? That only occurs when interims or final results are produced?

The main focus here is H &G and based on what we know the sp should be heading north. I believe however the market is awaiting all the contracts to be signed the financier to be revealed and then it will react accordingly.

However listening to the latest podcast it appears everything that needs to be done prior to the Christmas break will done? African Christmas break mid December so I expect news imminently of EGM and all signing done and the name of the financier.

Then over to the members at the EGM for approval? A formality?

If this all happens I see sp by Xmas of at least. 20!!!

I think we just need to get this out to Mr Market perhaps via some roadshows for shareholders and investors in the big City? Perhaps Mr Market will then wake up to this superb project.

I have yet to encounter one on AIM that hasn't fallen in price following a consolidation

I eoukdnt worry about the number of shares in issue a fair slug are held and not traded and it's the MC that's important not the number in issue. I believe it's dome sort of scam when any considering happens certainly not on the interests of private holders.

CB is the nain issue as the market needs more than waffle about financing without any names of the financier being issued?

We now need a conformed timetable of what's going to happen to get this all signed sealed and delivered.

Once that happens then we may see a sustained re rate.

Risks remain until everything is signed, agreed by shareholders, a shoe in, and the first tranche of monies received. I looked again at the RNS 14 August and note there will be shares issued as part of the deal ti purchase the equipment so a little more dilution to come.

The biggest negative here at the minute I'm afraid to day is CB and the fact that no additions to the managing team have been announced? CB has promised plenty over the past few years on all of his outfits but delivered nothing up to now. He's getting there with bzt but as we can see from the market reaction to what should have been company changing news last week there has been nothing added to our m/cap since last week.

Personally I can't see this failing now but it would be nice to have all loose ends tied up as soon as possible.

No takeover me thinks because the finance is now known and if there were to be a takeover it would have happened by now. Maybe that will be on the table once we are up and running generating income?

Not that I have checked but don't some of these warrants expire in any case and are subject to certain time scales. The last lot issued in the last fundrsise of 560k being excercised now, were issued on a 3 year period to be excercised?

I think we are getting our knickers in a test over these warrants and loans?

Lots of the warrants are exercisable way above the current sp so we are way off those being an issue? If and when they are issued then our sp will be way higher so little effect will be seen.

As for the loan, that isn't an issue either now, it could be repaid easily once we start trading so not an issue.
