Your missing the point. To grow you need cash!!! Lots of it, where would say 10M would come from at the minute?
I agree Clon can and does raise cash easily, albeit small amounts.
My view is that if this were to reach 1p most large holders would be long gone, why wouldn't you? You have made a good wedge and as the old saying goes, move on to leave a little for the next wave of investors!
I see the uplift the other day is now dripping back down. Another false dawn!!!
I have to say it is about time there was an update here now, this has been dragging on for months with no progress.

You're good at providing a good laugh I will give you that!!!
ChemX is growing exponentially!!!
Now I've got up from the floor rolling around laughing indeed in tears at one point, let us look at some reality!!!
ChemX was struggling to raise 2.5M dollars the last time I checked. The deadline initially for that raise was the end of September. We have seen or heard nothing relating to this? Someone posted that this had been extended? Which logically means its tough to raise these funds!!! Does ot not!!!!
Keep em coming though!! Beats TV at the minute!
Mr T
Asimple,
"Well, if they utilised this tech in the food industry, health and in the wider chemical industries not to mention desalinisation which is going to become more and more in the fore over the next few years this would be valued at much more than 1p."
The big problem is, these industries are not in the slightest interested in what Clon or NextChem do, if they need this tech they will almost certainly source it themselves or use a much larger group of companies involved in the tech. Lets face it if two piddly companies can make a success of this on a shoestring of a budget, just think how fast a major could get this up and running at the flick of a switch!!!
The question here is, is this tech any good! we do not know yet and its taking a hell of a while to see if it is!!! as it does with all small piddly companies who struggle to fund such tests and trials etc.
My reason for investing in Clon was the broad range of assets it holds, I'm more interested in as I say Ghana and Australia as both of those will provide me with what I want, a good uplift from here on my investment in a pretty quick timescale. Remember Aus, they raised 3.5M in a flash before the sp climbed all the way to .65p just over 18 months back on the back of the excitement with the Sassanoff, investement, which we still hold!!
Yes I knew about the Lithium play, but, as I say the same excitement surrounding this will not generate huge sp increases, I can guarantee that!
Good luck
Mr T
Agreed, FTSE 100 company!! Leave it out.
A few pence is more realistic and that may never happen as dilution along the way would see to that.
Ip is the very top target here, unless there were to be serious movement in Ghana or Aus!!!
For now and the foreseeable, oil and gas are King!!!
Mr T
Agreed, nice slow move northward before any substantial news hits.
Today we will see if yesterday was a blip or the start of such a move.
Currently we are valued a diddly squat!!!! which to be fair is an insult, albeit in line with many AIM tiddlers, the way of the current small cap market I'm afraid.
I would guess there are not many better opportunities at these current levels though, but we will soon find out!
Mr T
Correct, ignore the displayed spread here, false!!
We could get some news on the licence by the end of the month if not sooner, I expect to see some action once the 17th has passed presumably without any objections?
If we do indeed get granted the licence what are the likely benefits for the sp? Where do we see it going?
Personally, I don't think there will be much reaction which will follow the trend here. The only way I see a big uplift now for the sp is, either, good financing arrangements announced for Hope, Gorob, or Mankayan listing or us selling our stake for a substantial sum.
I'm fairly certain that any Mankayan news will be 2024? Based on what I know and hear.
We need to grab the interest of the market and PI's to ramp up the volume which is also key to a sustained rise in our sp.
Comments please!
Mr T
share,
your prediction was way off?
you will know when we are about to move, volume will kick in. for now volume is **** poor!!!!
this will only move up with:
a) news, if positive
b) volume
c) rumour
watch for uplift in the volume and then you will see the sp rise in anticipation of news incoming.
you may also see some old rampers appear!!!!
mr t
Lost soul
I seem to recall that they were aiming to raise the cash from the issuance of stock by 30 September 2023.
Now they may well have done and its not been reported but we will know later this month.
Mr T
Do we know how ChemX got on with their cash raise!
I believe they were looking to raise 2.5M dollars. The last I heard was, they had raised .5M.
I suspect we will know this month. It will be a vital sign if they raised the full amount.
Mr T
Dvh
You back in here?
I don't think we are fully funded. Most of the raise earlier in the year was used for the agreement with ChemX. The latter raise I suspect was done to appease the market before the interims were released!!
There won't be a problem in raising cash, they will need substantial amounts to move the lithium project forward, but, I don't really want to see this done below 0.8!!!
Be nice to see a move up here back into the teens sooner rather than later before substantial news drops.
It's not far away now!!!
Buy at these levels if you believe the story. I would also be kntrigued to hear some news on our other assets. Any significant news on those and the sp will fly!! Ghana! Australia!
Mr T
Silver,
I little harsh, but I get your point!
The reason no small miner is very rarely bought out is, I suspect approaches at such low levels would instantly be rejected and the share price would be up ten fold with even.a whiff of such a move. There are countless bzt examples on AIM!!! It's not just us.
Important here we now keep up some news momentum and we get the licence sorted.
Funding, last raise was April 23, at 0.04p, 750k, so if we have some newsflow which is positive the sp could react and there will be an opportunity to raise funds.
The mine funding will be external finance, I suspect a JV may be on the cards also. BZT will never raise 5 _ 10 mill to build and commence operations at Hope without private equity and finance. CB has inferred many times that these talks have been ongoing, Chinese input was mentioned I believe at one point!
Mankaysn it appears is now 2024 at the earliest, maybe its time for us the sell our stake and let them get on with it!!
Mr T
I parsnip
Do you mean it will go bust or private?
Bust, can't see that as the one shining light here is and has been, they are able to raise funds easily from their Aussie mates!!!
Taken out privately. Could be, but you have to ask yourself, why? Certainly not while this ongoing tie in with ChemX is still live!!!!
I think Clon is one of hundreds of small aim miners currently out of favour!!!! Very bad times at the minute for this sector I'm afraid. It can change however, needs to as well.
Should Clon come up with some serious newsflow then the sp would fly!!
It's a case of waiting patiently for now and buy at the lows if you're brave?
Mr T
Pricey,
Good to see at least one name I recognise is still here, many appear to have either sold up or just not interested. I can't say I blame them!!!
I agree we need the licence, I also agree funding will be an issue both in the short term and long term.
Hence why CB really needs to get his act into top gear. The last thing we need here is a mind blowing dilutionary raise at these prices!!!
Mr T
Where have all the LTH dissappeared to. Surely not all sold out?
Be nice to hear their thoughts on today's news and their opinions on where we may be headed, sp, wise.
CB now needs to keep newsflow maximised and also update on our other projects.
Be nice to hear progress on a possible IPO of Mankayan. Now that really would set us alight!!!
Mr T
