if i were to travel to london just prior to christmas in anticipation of all the project information being available and there was no further information i would be pretty ****ed off to say the least.

there is nothing stopping the partner having points put into the agreement ie "subject to" and sign it off tomorrow and everything can be in the open.

You may well be right.

However a vote on finance will not be required unless wholesale dilution is at stake which as it stands will not be the case.

My take is they should know the result now!!!! Therefore nothing stopping them to release the information pre the EGM then shareholders will have full knowledge of the situation and that can be discussed at the meeting. Otherwise the meeting will be just going over old ground discussed before.

I suspect it will be my latter view judging be past experience!!!!

The one point I will make is that no new information can be released at the EGM unless it is the public domain.

Therefore if new information is available we should have the details this week otherwise we still will not know certain facts, primarily who the finance partner is or are?

BZT about to formerly pass a resolution at a forthcoming EGM where all details will emerge on the construction of a mine including the funding model and today we have 4 trades all totalling under a tenner!!!!

It would have to be a share purchase by BZT if all goes as planned here but in theory could be a good move to consolidate two companies essentially doing the same?

Would be a conflict of interest though so would have to cross that hurdle?

Nobody in their right mind would sell now, would they? Because it's a certainty that over the next 6 months or so the sp will be far higher than today's unless something radical goes wrong!!!

Ignore is really the best strategy for now and await the EGM in and hopefully the name of the partner and backer will be revealed.

There is something not right here, the recent news has been superb yet the sp is going down and volume is off a cliff? I've seen it before with AIM outfits but not this bad?

The only thing I can think is holding this back is details of who is providing the finance? I can't think of another reason for a continued fall which quite frankly is not on the back of a sell off? On the contrary as I say volume is non existent. Therefore it's the market marking us down on limited volume, but why?

Ah as I say I've seen this before especially on AIM, could be a little of the CB factor? Could be the EGM? Could be the licence due in Feb 2026? To be honest though all of these are minor issues.

Let us hope that following the vote to go ahead on December 8th, which of course is a formality, the market will wake up and take note. I do believe some investor roadshows will also help early 2026 to officially get the news out from official sources as this would lead to brokers taking note of what is actually happening here.

As far as I know we need to move this forward, gone are the days when networking and travelling around is required.

That is the reason the market is not taking much interest at the minute. I hope everything will be revealed on the 8th it should be to let shareholders know all of the pertinent facts.
