The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Franky,
NextchemX may go under?
Probably not, there us one certainty though Xlon won't go under!!!
Clon can raise cash at the drop of a hat or so it appears!! From its Aussie investors!!!
Think you are correct, by the end of September or early October we will know if the tech works, to my mind it does or else we would have heard by now.
The thing that slightly concerns me is that the market doesn't think it will work or have doubts!!! The sp has collapsed whilst in the middle of awaiting important news. I suppose it does with most small aimers, but. I did think we would hold around 12 -15 myself.
Mr T
Let's hope it wasn't the usual jolly trip!!!!
The sp is now almost languishing back where it was pre the exciting lithium news!!!!
You have to ask yourself if this is such a sure bet why is the sp falling and there is no buying interest!!! whatsoever.
I'm now starting to question the whole tie up with ChemX and it appears that are having difficulty raising the 2M they put out as an offering several months ago. The deadline and closing date for this is 30 September. I suspect we will then know if they completed their cash call.
We know there is a delay from the original Q3 indicated in various RNS's for the update, the market has definitely priced this in as have PI's.
Clon need to get their act together and issue done updates as to where exactly we are in all of this, are we on track! are we a couple of weeks behind? a couple of months behind?
I believe lack of clarity and the silence surrounding this is the cause for the decimation of the sp as I say almost back to the level before the Lithium news and pricing nothing in for this venture!!!
Come on Clon, figures out!!!
Mr T
Asimple
There we go again, good tune that was!!! I digress, anyway posting numpty figures that we cannot confirm. Don't you get it, you are wasting your time attempting to look the "clever dick" with your nonsense!!!!
Keep posting it (rymes with something), though if it helps you get through the day whilst smiling in the mirror polishing your halo!!! lol
The farmer who is fantastic, at everything!!!
Er, I think not myself. Never ever belief a buller, who needs to prove something to people they have never met or likely to.
Mr T
Asimple
Quoting factual information!!!!
I think you are deluded, you are the person who probably believed all that Covid cobblers????
Nothing you post is either verifiable or accurate. It's all based on hearsay, predictions by experts, never trust one is my take, your opinions.
Here is a fact for you, if there were to be positive news regarding Ghana or Sassanof the sp would be 3 or 4 times where it is now, not languishing lower than it was before this lithium tale!!!
Would you sell up because you do not like the oil and gas part of the company? Taking profits of course on the back of the rise!!
Mmm, contradictory comes to mind.
Forget all of those useless EV pieces of equipment you have on Farmer Giles' farm, if indeed that is true, and buy some good old diesel stock? Watch the benefits?? Lol
Mr T
Dickie
I keep hearing the tales about shortage here and shortage there.
To be honest I think it's bull****, most stocks in that sector do BA including BZT, copper. Clon, Lithium!!
No interest from the market as I currently see it. There is however still plenty of interest in oil and gas!!!!
We are being lied to me thinks. Oil and gas will be around for a very long time
Once either bzt or clon start to show some progress I may change my mind but for now, I and Mr Market are correct.
BZT still waiting for mining licence and nothing appears to be happening elsewhere with other projects!!
Let's hope this changes in Q4
Mr T
Asimple
I really, now do believe you are telling porkies!!!
Please read your previous posts, re, holdings, top slicing, percentages. All these relate to your personal trading, all totally unverifiable I have to say.
You I'm afraid talk nonsense. Clon has other assets completely separate from the EV field. Oil and gas comes to mind.
It just so happened that out of the blue the lithium story emerged, however its not going very well is it me old fruit!!
If Aus or Ghana get going they will totally eclipse the lithium tales, because oil and gas is still the future!!!! and Mr Market still believes this, which is the main driver of most small stocks!!!!!
Mr t
Asimple
I think you need to get out more, into reality, it appears you live in your own bubble!!!
You really don't know what clon is about!!! Really!! How many shares is it you say you own?? Although when individuals start posting personal facts on public forums read by people that they do not not know or are not remotely interested a red flag appears on my screen goodbye
Mr T
All I will say, is don't believe anything you are fed, most is BS and utter dross!!!!
Unaffordable for most comes to mind
Will never happen is something else that comes to mind, for most.
Battery tech is old tech!
What may appear on the horizon are synthetic fuels!!!!
Batteries are not viable for most.
As I say. Lets see where we are in say, 5 years time!!!!
Mr T
Asimple
I think you live in a another universe to most. What you say is simply not relevant or affordable!
Yes I'm in the West Midlands also, dealing with multiple farming partnerships and none have any EV,s, nor do not intend having any, anytime soon. They simply do not see the case for them or cannot afford them!!!! Furthermore they have never considered EV' s most farmers run at losses, asset rich, yes, but profitability is poor!!
In fact they all agree with me, not one has disagreed. I don't lead these conversations but when they start them I do agree with their outlook!!!
You carry on with your infatuation though, believe what you want, the reality is something completely different.
Anyway let's wish us all well with Clon, which is not all about the EV sector.
Mr T
Asimple
"Direct emissions we produce 1.1% of the worlds emissions, however, indirectly we produce a hell of a lot more. Currently China manufactures 65% of all products on behalf of businesses in the UK (source ONS) so we can blame China for their emissions. The same goes for many countries with the lion share of manufacturing done by both China and India. Just imagine if China and India one day turned around and said 'NO' make them yourselves. Th reason our emissions are so low is because we outsource our "
So are you suggesting anytime soon the UK will be told by China to !make our own" dream on!!!
The fact is the world needs the goods whoever makes them, always will. The UK governments have been negligent over the years and have allowed our manufacturing to be stolen by the likes of China and India, think MG!!!!!!!! et al
To be frank most people are not interested or bothered with emissions, most are too concerned with looking after their families day to day, both parents working to provide a roof over their heads, consequently nearly every household has 2 cars? then its 3/4 once the children become old enough to drive.
The rich and governments are using the EV as a ruse to price people out of driving, well they think they are, there lies the problem, "think" most politicians cant? most experts can't because they evolve in a bubble of "think tanks" mainly situated in London or the South East!!!
And to answer your other comments, no they are not, for long distance travel there are no milk floats in action, yes driving a bus in and out of a town?city they are, but this is the point, the cost of these is irrelevant to Local Authorities, as they are funded by us, the taxpayer???
As for farm machinery being electric, I deal with many farms here in Central England and not one has any electric vehicles!!!! make of that what you will.
As I say and will reiterate the point, its a Con and a lie and will never happen?
Mr T
Let me say this again, EV's are not the future, never will be?? mark my words its a big con!!
Yes there may be a place for certain types of these vehicles but generally you will still need a combustion engine for longer trips!!! unless of course you want to hang around a charger for hours on end waiting to use one, with screaming kids!!! oh and then getting drenched when it rains? if you notice none have canopy's, reason is obvious, electricity and water mix well together? all well planned??
Just think about this can you really see Large lorries being EV's? boats? Aircraft? all long trips?
The s/hand market for these milk floats is on its knees, no one wants them? its batteries after all and as we all know they eventually fail!!! plus the costs are now higher than a normal petrol/diesel vehicle, oh and the government plan to introduce Road Tax on them in a couple of year's another Con!!! or lie from the eejits in charge.
Make a note of this, in 3-5 years time you will see adverts for "my EV Claim" were you misold an EV between these year's!!!!
Its a Con!!
PS a new battery for a top of the range Porsche EV is, £40KKKK!!!
Mr T
Good post Burnemc. Sums it all up really.
Next important milestone is to see whether ChemX complete their cash raise by the stated date, 30/09/23!
As I stated yesterday no statement from Clon, none required imo, nothing new in their (ChemX) quarterly update that we werent aware of before, small delay yes, but not a long delay so irrelevant imo.
I hope we get some updates before the end of Q3 and throughout Q4, if positive I can see the sp way over where it currently is. The current m/c is derisory and has nothing factored in!!
Clon will need another cash raise once news kicks off, they always appear to be able to raise in the market at the drop of a hat, usually from Aussie investors, therefore this is a real positive, as far as I am concerned.
In the meantime, sit back and lets see where we are at the end of the year.
Mr T
Last raise was 750k at 0.04p and fees etc settled at 0.08p!!!
You are right sp is too low at the minute, but, it's because there has been no buying interest this year!!!
I can see that when any sniff of buying is seen the sp wants to rise, so when the volume and buying arrives it will climb rapidly, imo.
There are plenty of bombed out stocks on AIM at the minute, but crucially bzt has one asset awaiting a licence and production should follow, financing will be the next hurdle.
Let's see if some movement occurs in Q4 2023 and then early 2024 we may get financing.
Then there is Mankayan!!!!
Mr T
Ra11
The reason for the sp collapse are many.
Constant fund raising, delays, overpromises, more delays, loan, which has been deferred, this was from our major shareholder.
The Company does have an ability to raise funds in the market, also has the backing of a major holder and does have some class 1 assets.
The newsflow over the past 12 months has been poor, then we had the Caerus debacle, Mankàyan keeps being kicked down the road, so we arexwhere we are.
I'm staying put awaiting the licence approval at Hope, then some Mankayan developments, trade sake or listing, then we have Eureka and further assets, if one comes good you may see a multi bag!
As ever patience is required.
Mr T
Asimple.
My point is that Clon have not released any information recently, the fall is therefore based on posters making assumptions. Yes ChemX have released their year end results and the CEO has commented on the progress, all normal as I see it, and ties in with what Clon have said previously. If indeed the delay is into Qi 2024 then my take is Clon need to issue some statement to say so. Otherwise most of it is in the open already and none of us know what the likely timeframe is, we didn't know yesterday and we don't know today.
Therefore todays fall is based on nothing, a few more sells to buys, if we believe the prints!!!
I don't really believe the mm's take much notice of what is posted on bulletin boards by amateurs, but, the posters who visit these boards do, panic and run for the hills. Usually because they have no idea what they are doing or can't read or understand financial statements?
The sp is on a downward trend, where will it stop? I don't think it will fall much further to be honest, but it wont go higher until news on one or more projects lands?
I expect things to liven up in September after the St Ledger, after all what's the old saying, "sell in May, come back on Ledger day"
Mr T
Buda,
That's the problem many folk do not understand financial statements or the wording contained therein.
As you say standard narrative seen in multiple statements issue by company's.
I think Clon need to now issue an update on where we are as posters are currently bearing them to it? Although all of this has been extracted from NextChemX annual results!!!!
Sp fall today ridiculous!!! Based on nothing
Mr T
Yes thanks for the update.
It reads very well apart from a small delay into early Q4, small elays are inevitable with small company developments, nothing to be concerned about, sit tight or buy whilst low!!
Mr t
MrEM,
Well remembered, not going well is it for either UFO or us!!!
I still think near a penny is more achievable than 5p at UFO, there is no chance of that imo?
Good point, you may as well be in here as any other minnow, the fact is BZT has some really good assets and news is due on our main focus, Hope, once the licence is awared the way the sp reacts will be driven by how it will be financed.
Mankayan, CB intimated there could be news soon, this is a world class assets so any sniff of a listing or private buy out and the sp will fly. Remember this was valued at 70M some years back, we own 25% or thereabouts of it!!!
Mr T
