This is an offtake agreement not some sort of "save the day" financing agreement, so behave with the scaremongering.

Never have I known a fully funded company with significant assets still sitting on the balance sheet be driven into some sort of death spiral finance agreement? You are talking absolute and utter garbage.

Yes we still need further details, but we know this has been worked on for many months so I expect all details will be forthcoming sooner rather than later.

Poor reaction from the sp again today but it did end blue on the other trading platform so expect this to rise next week.

You are correct we need people who know how to essentially run a business? CB has mainly been involved in exploration and not running trading company.

I would have thought we should have heard by now of people being hired to run the business! after all they will need to be in situ pretty quick once the financing is sorted and announcements are made to the market.

Got to be some news very soon or else why liquidate our shares in Blackstone!

Patience I suppose is required.

I don't see any possibility of a major moving in to take us out?

I believe we should have enough backing nie to move this forward ourselves, cash in the bank, investment still held and therefore finance at relatively small levels should be easily accessible whatever route that may look like.

As for forecasts in share price I woukd remind you that we have nearly 17B shares in issue with many warrants outstanding?? Valuing us are 1p equates to 170M valuation?? That in my opinion is far too high although as we know with AIM listed companies valuations are almost always silly either too high or too low. On a decent run here I see a top price of 0.4 which will value us at 60 to to 70M? Which if thise numbers put out by Archer are anywhere near correct is achievable on a run?

What we require now are those numbers being issued formally in an RNS for the market then to make up its mind.

Discussions are advancing on multiple options available for the financing package to develop the Hope and Gorob Project. The discussions range between debt or equity or a combination thereof, prepaid finance is also being considered as an addition or substitute within the package.

So more than 2 months has passed but we still are no clearer on how the finance will be actioned? Surely things are very close to being finalised and details should be released very very soon?

I woukd do some research though me old quack as I have been castigating CB on here for many a month but we have seen a little progress over the past 4 weeks and the sp is up? Not enough but up?

I would get some reading done before you post and then hang around for the next 10 weeks to see if indeed Hope does transpire to be a huge success and at watch the so react accordingly

If nothing like that happens then I will certainly be back firmly on CB's and calling for changes at the top.
