Hypothetically, If company A takes Company B to International Arbitration,

and during 'proceedings' it turns out that company B has 'violated' the 'joint agreements'

then company B could come 'unstuck'

'In a nutshell' we now know what the hold up has been for Conrad, EME 'not playing ball',

they want the true valuation for their 8.5% stake, not a 'derisory discounted' sum.

EME has put up a strong statement, 'we were talking, you tried to pull the rug'.

So that is 'good news', I'm surprised you need to ask.

I believe EME has been the hold up all along, until that is resolved 'nothing happened'.

I don't think Conrad can move without this being resolved, EME are in a strong position,

regards the actions they've taken to 'resolve' this.

What Conrad is trying to do, weaken EME's position, will now be reaped on Conrad by the farm out party, as they will see Conrad is in 'a bit of a bind', albeit it's doubtful it can go ahead because of the legal stuff.

You really need to be careful with AI, the platforms 'caveat' it's use by saying it 'makes' mistakes.

It is capable of making 'ridiculous' errors, simple 'recall' information, which was given an hour ago.
