The 100,000,000 Consideration Shares hasn't even been approved by shareholders, also they are dependant on the future price of the shares as their is a total cap on the monies being paid for the 10% stake.
Timescales need to be 'seen in the round', i.e. if there are 'unforeseen circumstances', everything goes back a bit.
What we know is there is an experienced team in place and covered most things.
Every time the share price perks up, there must be placing shares being sold in the background, pushing the price back down. No doubt these will be reported later, after close and tomorrow. They will clear, but 'nobody' knows when.
The reason why gas prices are rising is because they linked to oil prices.
Barclays has said oil could reach $200, but it's all the same 'nonsense', they might rise to $200, but there are speculators latching onto those predictions.
