This is why the military will play ball, the US is supporting them against 'Jihadists' and stability in the region.

I expect they will be reinstated. The US has commented.

Over 2 Trillion of inventory to be monetized in warehouses, then there's inventory in transit to be monetized.
Then there's the ICC’s global network of over 45 million chambers of commerce and businesses.
A good summary -

The Judge is basically saying the Board hasn't been 'even handed' with all stakeholders, It's actually up to the Board to come up with something that is more 'equitable' to all stakeholders. All sorts of things they could come up with.
The EU has provided more than €393 million in humanitarian aid in Mali since the beginning of the crisis in 2012. The EU is currently a major donor of assistance in the country. In 2021, the aid amounts to €31.9 million.
No doubt they get AID from other countries to.
@Mark@1973
Maybe not, it's not about 'swaying the Judge', if you have something that's been overlooked, then I'm sure the Judge would be interested. I wasn't looking to sway the Judge, but provide information that he didn't have.
This is 100% correct, the clerk will pretty much tell you if it's 'permissible', I've done it in the past, it was 'welcomed by the judge'. I'm not going to go into details.
'all judges have the contact details of their clerks listed in the public domain in order to make contact ( via their clerk ) possible.'
There will more then likely be an RNS from the current board tomorrow morning. They normally don't take long to respond.

I don't know how accurate that info is. I'm sure I found a site where that info was available, but had to be paid for.
There are lessons to be learnt from 'Greensill Saga'. The more information that comes out the better, if that information helps improve the success of Supply@Me by even 1%, then that has to be good. I bet AZ being in 'regulatory' in the past could come out with lots of solutions that would potentially have avoided Greensill's demise.
@BrassGemini
Is that what's on your 'roulette wheel' today? The problem is that you are 'speculating', just like you did when the company suspended the listing. You want me to give you answers on your further 'speculative' questions, which I'm not going to do. I'm minded to 'filter' you, but you is so funny, the 'comedy value' is 'pure gold'.
@BrassGemini
Another incoherent post, just like a 6 year old. Another day, another attack, 'relentless drivel' at it's finest. Still another 15p in the bank, 'posts make profits'.
' IMO brace for the 2020 accounts ......I have not heard one post that can cone up with any reason why those accounts could show a healthy enterprise. Cash is king and king AZ doesnt have any in this company .....we do know he has a lot from the sake of shares so a big director but might help the situation. Come on AZ .....RNS on a director buy please'
