Like SW Wales then !
Unfortunately things in Africa are moving iextremely slowly better get use to it its just the nature of business there......add to it our silence BOD and you get the forever delays....
Hopefully positive news 🙏 before Xmas......
Must admit I hate that fecking word “transformational”. Been hearing it for years and still we wait. Still nothing on the mine. Wish they would replace transformation with the word transparency and actually for once tell us what the fk is going on.
Anyway hope everyone is well.

Some finance can still be raised: 'The Company's existing authority to allot equity securities as passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 26 April 2023 remains in full force and effect until 18 July 2024.'
I think the idea of AMS gaining control of the company is an interesting scenario which could play out eventually, but it would be at a price. They did not invest at a premium to devalue their own stake by acting precipitously.
Moving from exploration & planning to production was always going to be challenging, and I have confidence this will work out fine, albeit at a longer timeframe than I was expecting.
Dennis doesn't have the headroom to issue new shares (last AGM resolutions 8 and 9 were withdrawn of course) so he can't arrange a placing even if he wanted to. If KZG runs out of working capital, AMS will gain control of the company. Despite delays getting the permit, the share price hasn't really moved down, which supports the view that the property assets (primarily Walviskop) will prove very profitable eventually.
Says the deal with Hebei over Tant Valley was paid and completed Dec 2022. If that is true, why does KZG say it is still outstanding and KZG is still not taking action for the large contractual balance. Has that large balance been received by Dec 22 but spent elsewhere? I think we are entitled to a full explanation!!! Without it there is no way anyone will support a Placing.
Any permit will be followed by a placing unless tant mine money is 4th coming
...of healthy life to all LTHs in hope of this cabbage actually saying or doing ANYthing!!
Afternoon All,
Assuming that the permit is granted before month end then we may just get by on the fumes.... I would have thought that some resolution regarding the sale of the Tantalum mine must be forthcoming soon. GLA TJ Mac
Cash at 31 December 2023 of £684k must be running on fumes, at some point further finance needed.
Interims were released on time on 27th March. GLA.
Usually third week in March. Maybe they are holding back until they can combine with positive project news!
Agree mrcautious, this share seems to be more 'draggin-ass' with its seemingly infinite ability to deliver delay.
Often I find when the mainstream market is 'haulin-ass' AIM shares can be quiet....
Last few RNSs here going back to Nov 23 and the timetable has certainly slowed. Should be producing diamonds before now so ( one way or the other a fresh RNS is due in next 4 weeks, hopefully not just more delays.
Out yesterday. Good listen:

By the looks of things it may even finish positive.....

Added few on the back of this morning drop....
It will setteled quickly enough.
Financial obligations are not expected to be of a material nature for WHM, will be funded from cashflow, less profit, all bit smoke mirrors here, from my understanding did not even no at 1st radiation was there, should be up on these things, good home work, communication, could surprise us yet, sure this new investor involved somewhere, new investments.
Come up from. 35 too. 7 on news permit would be issued so was bound too drop on that news
I think the partner has been lined up but need the permit signed off before the contract can be signed and announced to the market. It only sounds like a short delay so won't have to wait much longer for further news
RNS doesnt seem to warrant the plunge in SP IMO...
Totally - I have been here since the KV Days and the stark of 2017 rewarded me very handsomely. I am one of those longer term holders
You can take things two ways - lack of respect and poor communication in the BOD not telling us that they needed to make additional submissions or, they were hoping that the approval would have still come through by the end of the month.
RNS referenced starting to sell the HMS but as far as I am aware we don’t have any off take partners - has something maybe changed or do we plan to sell it by the bag load at a shack at the side of the road 😂
Still (patiently) waiting for that transformational year we've been assured is coming.
