I say again there is something deeply fishy about this company -- how can you have a damaging suspension twice for the same simple reason ???

You CANNOT fully research AIM shares in this way. Maybe get to 70% but not in the way you can research main market profit making stocks. Shares like this are always a gamble in so many ways. You can only gain a consensus on AIM investments as there are so many things that can pull the rug...

If SOMM the "Lord of The Ramp" is so well researched then why is this still in the sewers ?? Rampers can never answer questions like this. Its true I dont spend time 'researching' this because frankly it has been a turd for so long I have other things that are making me good money to concentrate on.

TBH if they have to raise a paultry £50K via a placing they are done in my view. The only thing I am doing with this is offsetting my CGT against losses !

This is either the most incompetent company ever or the best money laundering solution anyone has thought of. The deep wells have never produced commercially to my knowledge (correct me if I'm wrong), but people have talked about them for years ! It is just possible now we are seeing a possible winding-up of the Ukraine war that there may be some light at the end of a tunnel, but the fan boys here (rampers) have a big job on their hands - perhaps like getting people to like Starmer again !!

The news article uses the word 'agrees' how is this possible without a shareholder vote ?

.......and another thing I meant to say is that myself and others had complained in the past about the lack of ii's having positions here. That may now prove to be an advantage as no one person has built a controlling stake to make a buyout offer cheaply (eg like whats happening in ZNWD now). This may yet get bought but at the moment not by someone with 30%+ clout !!
