This 50.5% figure has been an area of concern to me for ages, ie they cant be outvoted and can do much as they like.

To be truthful I just went on the uncut diamond price chart online and did some rough maths. If the 6CT stone was flawless it may be worth more...

Whats mentioned in the RNS seems worth circa $250K as far as I can see - so not bad for a test run ! That 6 carat diamond would be worth about $120K alone

Realistically what can they tell you anyway without breaking the rules that wouldn't require an RNS . If they tell you it will be lifted tomorrow and you go and place a large 'fill or kill' order for 08:00 that day = insider dealing !!

.....our 35% stake in Amapa is conservatively worth a NPV of £399M and MCAP is currently c£12M so I think it could do better than 10P ! And as you may know I havent been a fanboy for this share in the last few years - but it looks like the real deal this time !!

Never had JIMB down as a day trader -- I only thought he was just a ramper protecting his pension pot !

I wish I had a fiver for every time I'd read someone saying they had put most or all of their pension into AIM shares -- either fools or liars !!

Point taken Diver, but I am not accusing any specific person or persons of fraud, I am just implying that in my opinion it is starting to become to only logical explanation !!

The financial news feeds are never very far from a minor wealth manager who invests peoples pensions in ultra high risk dogs&&&t shares and in some cases unlisted investments. I had a now shut down wealth manager come to see me 10 years ago. They offered me 4 UNLISTED investments 1) Solar project in Cyprus 2) share in shipping real estate project in S Spain 3) Onshore gas field in UK and 4) Holiday complex proj in one of the Canaries !! Needless to say I asked them to get off my property !!!

They should all go back to MET1 as that is a perfect rollercoaster share for them in the last couple of weeks you could have done multiple 8-10% trades !

Dead right, these 'crews' look for AIM shares that are peaking their heads up a bit and go to work !! You can be in a share for over a decade - then suddenly you get a bunch of new names bouncing in and agreeing with each other etc, and as you say they dont ever tell you when they are selling !!!

best case scenario - they get a price near to the numbers bandied around and wind this **** show up !
