Have raised a report on this with FCA, just in case.

More fool you ! This could go below 2p easily, with the companies behaviour and the growing distrust of the share !

Tomcat - usually nominee implies trading platforms like HL or ii but in this place it appears that Lynchwood are a nominee for one parent company, which to my mind is meaning therefore 1 company owns the shares and as such a TR1 is warranted ...

As I said previously this is like KDNC only on a much more compressed timescale !

It may be an idea to raise this with FCA as an attempt to dodge TR1 ???

I saw this too a tax haven based parent company. It could be they have a strategy of gaining control of nano cap co's in an attempt to bag valuable resources at a pound shop price !!

I agree this is following the pattern of so many AIM so called investment co's. KDNC being a classic example. Rampers tell us of the wonderful resources they have bought into cheaply but fail to realise how much it costs a company with no funding (other than miking PI's and issuing cheap warrants) to start operations. The SP chart looks the same as all other similar AIM co's those that got in at the beginning did fantastically, but the SP having spiked is now in a long slow decline it may never pull out of apart from the odd P&D activities !

.....trouble is even if they get Amapa across the line, they will go off into another madcap money burning scheme. and we may not even see the elevated SP we need. I wish they would sell their stake in Amapa when the time is right as this would almost force the SP up....

The Li part of Tant Valley is just a marketing thing. The Li resource is tiny, its the Tantalum thats the desirable part.

Have a look at KZG tiny MCAP actually starting to produce heavy mineral sand and diamonds/tantalum. About to get many multiples of current HMS mining area area licence granted !! Defo not a fantasy share.
