You have a good point here, as almost all shares are in PI hands (nominees) and there are NO significant shareholders to speak of - how DO we know the results of the votes are genuine ?? We have NO reason to trust this BoD...

KM is now toxic to the marketplace as REM/KDNC is relatively well known on AIM for its size. And yes the last shinning hope is Amapa but with KM at the helm who knows. This has blown away 10's of £K from me since 2013 ish !!
If I used a 'wealth manager' I would be annoyed if they bought stuff like this for my portfolio !!! But a lot have and I read about them in my weekly citywire newsletter either going but or getting shut down by FCA !!
Been watching this for a couple of weeks with a view to taking a position but as things unfold it does now seem the MCAP is unwarranted, and its another AIM get in early spike - take profits and then a long slow decline for some time. I was lucky with EMH a few years ago but EMH has been wallowing for years now and this could take some time also.
"nothing can happen that's price sensitive within the next 30 days or its deemed as insider trading ." Well this share lives in a time dilation field (time distortion felt when near to a black hole) so 30 days is nothing !!!!
This is spot on and a regular occurrence on AIM the worst example I have seen was on Ridgecrest RDGC where so crew of aggressive rampers fired people up for an RTO and then the company collapsed into suspension !! And I also agree that Director buys are sometimes used to prop-up shares.
