Every AIM share has a resident 'crew' like those parasitic fish that stick to larger fish !
Crikey if the German economy is 19th century whats the UK economy then - neolithic and run by crusty old geezers in tobacco stained gentlemen's clubs?!
Well I dont have so much cash in here that would be a cause for concern so I can put it in the bottom draw and wait for the clowns to take of their makeup !
"They certainly have messed up over the last year and such a disappointment", -- they've been messing up for much much longer than this year ! I have a minor position in this but its been a dodgy deals and comedy of errors for nearly a decade. The fact that they announced the boat deal only for it to fall through is frankly the sort of thing an 8 year old would do ! This share seems to me to be a 'cash movement' vehicle for the controlling family and nothing else really...
Words around this subject just appear to me now as a 'mush' it all seems the same year on year!
"'m I'm a substantial with about one percent of the company so like other shareholders I don't want that dilution and look to mitigate that as much as possible." -- My good god !! No wonder you are on here every 2 seconds trying to sex things up cus you are 'balls-deep' ! I learnt some years ago these shares dont deserve 'balls'deep' and any investing strategy that includes betting the farm on an AIM share like this shows poor judgement. I have quite a few 10's of thousands in this which with hindsight was too much. How many times have we heard that most AIM investors lose money and this rubber stamps this statement. If you are balls deep in this them how can you expect anyone to take you seriously !
Yep - they paid an unsustainable divi for reasons better known to them (IMO to keep people salivating) and now the whole thing has gone back to the garden shed - Eastern Bloc shady operation it probably always was. What would CC say when someone asks him in a pub - 'what do you do mate' - 'Oh I attempt to be the trustworthy face of some tin-pot ex Soviet oil company' !
Wake me up again when we are at 8p....
"Nothing in today's RNS was particularly a surprise for anyone who's been following things here, so the immediate market reaction seems overdone." -- or put another way an RNS from 7 years ago would look the same apart from the CE part...
Trouble is (and this isnt a specific KDNC problem) there are millions of PI cash leaving the general equities market at present due to the overwhelmingly choppy nature of the markets and the availability of up to 6% return on cash. So companies of a higher risk in nature have to work even harder for cash inflows.
Yes - but as far as I'm aware KM has had no break in his salary as far as I am aware !
I live in the west country but I think this Cornish lithium thing if pure froth myself, barely viable at best...
Agricore - sorry to have ruffled your feathers somewhat but I have (probably mistakenly) been reading AIM share BBs for well over 10 years now and I constantly see posters on many AIM shares that have done seemingly huge research and number crunching as you seem to have, but whilst its an interesting sideshow a lot of it is estimates and opinions. Yes its good that the CEO has spent a bunch of his own money here and yes we seem to be having an upturn, but at the end of the day people HAVE to buy the share for it go up. I will not apologise for my scepticism as I have seen too many AIM disasters to not be a sceptic eg the disgusting debacle at BCN. There is a poster like you on the KDNC board who posts oodles of 'research' but KDNC has wallowed like this for years and years. So in conclusion, I do see some green shoots here, but wont be lectured to by amateur stock analysts !
An accidental accident !
I would go further and say Clive is only there to give a Eastern Bloc company a British face...
Well the reality is that there are a huge number of traders out there and they have by default turned very many AIM shares from investments into trading vehicles...
Hopefully yes....
Is that Hart as in the series Hart to Hart ?
"Unfortunately with these businesses cash is rarely retuned to investors" - yep .. Again quoting KDNC, MAFL and others they keep making brilliant investments but it remains hard to see how they will deliver shareholder value outside of an extraordinary dividend which rarely happens. These companies are not run for shareholders at all they are run for their boards. However if this goes to 3p I'll gladly eat my words. At least this now seems cash positive so no more KDNC style placings ! And didnt our CEO say if they have surplus cash they were not a bank ? - Probably a very throwaway comment IMO...
How can you forecast with any accuracy on a share like this ? Its like a sales manager asking a member of his team - how much will you sell and he answers - "lots" !
