Most importantly there has to be some way to raise awareness of this company amongst the mostly dross stocks on AIM !

Love the fully funded bit --- this should be a magnet on AIM as most nanocap AIM stocks are constantly going to the market for new cash and diluting shares !

Why are they making such tiny share purchases ie 10K shares yesterday and today ?? Its it employee stock options ??

......and looking at the website PI's easily make up over 50% of the share capital (should we decide to take shareholder action)....

As someone else has said, only actual moves towards production and revenue will now help this share as the DFS changes/delays are a farce.

This can be done but its tricky and would involve unity between shareholders, and this is rare in PIs across the board, which id why people like KM know they are quite safe ! I was in another share which did do this where some of the major PIs became directors. It involved setting up a Telegram Group...

We (Kiran) have this so valuable iron ore investment and yet the SP is bleeding - I wondering if this a sign of another of KM's famous placings ?? Even the most hardened ramper is now struggling with this share.

The lack of comms is very worrying I wonder if there are any rules on AIM regarding company updates in this situation ? Brazil has no extradition treaty with UK maybe he has run off with all of our cash there !

Funny how they had quite a few directors hired and resigned in the 2006-2009 time window - perhaps they didnt like the strategy of just stringing things along here !

They usually have AGM after or before August bank hol weekend - I think this is to ensure many cant attend !!

I've been in KDNC for circa 12 years. Another mining investment company but in all those years despite efforts to average down I am 90% down on most of my blocks. That share has delivered nothing but hype disaster and promises to shareholders, but it has delivered executive salaries to the 4 board members for over a decade ! KZG is a paragon of excellence by comparison, and now its no longer a GC 'hobby' business its looking good !

To be fair, Im no longer a fan of AIM and a report from the London stock exchange is reflecting the shrinkage of AIM, however I do agree that Dennis does seem to be competent and trustworthy as far as I can tell ...

Personally my views are if they can sell Amapa for a good wedge they should wind this lot up and pay us all back - but thats an unlikely fantasy while KM still has a mortgage and school fess to pay "!

I was always surprised KM managed to land what was supposed to be such a good deal when theoretically there would be some big (and more capable) fish out there that would surely have snapped this up, but instead the great high value deal has turned into another KM neverland !!!

I have had numerous corporate stock options and its usually not complex. Usually there is a time limit to sell eg hold for min 2 years. They they have an option price eg 50p. So provided you have waited past the time limit and the price is over 50p you have made an instant profit. In larger corporates you never really 'have' the stock you just sell your oprtons at the price of your choosing, but I guess here he had to buy them at the option price and sell them on.

If we are as near as we think we are to a payday why would he sell at this price unless he is desperate for cash ???
