Thank you Poppyseed, I do recall your post after you had watched the interview. I will watch the interview again. However, I assume that we would need the available finance in order to acquire a further percentage from BEE partners. Hopefully, if everything goes our way then we may be able to self finance any such deals in time. Thanks again & fingers crossed.... TJ Mac

Afternoon Max19 / FB / All, Whilst the SP keeps climbing then we should all be pleased. The following items will all assist us in making further progress and should break through the 2p barrier easily in time:-

1) Mining license / permit for Perdevlei would seem to be imminent, now that Ptwc objection has been resolved so expect to see this shortly.

2) Next tranche of HMS product should be available to sell to Fujax – any day now.

3) Diamond production – still no news on production or diamond sales – update on this must surely be imminent too.

4) Arbitration – good to receive the legal result. Now we await the next steps to be advised by KZG.

Let’s hope for continued upbeat news flow…

Hope you all had a good Easter bank holiday weekend. So, we still await the final outcome of the arbitration process. I would have thought that the result must be known now or very close to being known, so would expect an RNS to report on this shortly. However, I can’t help but feel that this is intrinsically linked to Arcadia (as FB previously alluded too) who may well be trying to sell on the whole Swanson mine interest, plus on our behalf, perhaps Kazeras Tantalum/Lithium mine (as it is completely surrounded and therefore makes sense) – time will tell. The news on diamond sales is becoming somewhat frustrating – surely at least two lots of these have been mined and sold by now? The extension RNS is welcome, although not necessarily the news we have been waiting for. However it’s another milestone achieved which helps to continue to build a solid operating company but it will not be sufficient to propel the SP to 2-3p just yet. Perdevlei mining permit remains outstanding, but I am hopeful that we will see this decision before the end of May or June absolute latest. In terms of the legal entity / aspect my experience is that they always delay proceedings for their own benefit hence the delay which could go on a little longer. To a certain extent I agree with your sentiments regarding the SP however, the recent RNS’s have only really confirmed what we knew or thought was going to happen. WHM has processed more HMS than was originally expected so whilst good news it was not sufficient in its own right, to warrant a sudden jump in the SP just yet. We have still not received any news on diamond sales which should at least be contributing to the group by now. We have not received any update on the arbitration situation which we assume, is still being negotiated but that could make a massive difference to our overall financial standing – how much longer until we get an update? And of course we are still awaiting the decision or issuance of a mining license for Perdevlei. If the license is granted to us then we could do with being able to call upon some money from the arbitration process in order to invest and get things up and running asap. My view is that once we get the answers to these outstanding issues (which should not be that long now, maybe within the next 2 months), then we could well see the SP movement that we would all like. More patience required unfortunately – in the meantime GLA TJ Mac

Hopefully we will get an RNS on Monday morning with interim results (much of what we already know or have been advised of). The post period updated comments are what I am most anxious to see & hopefully there will be one or two nuggets which will help to propel the SP forward. I had been hoping that the mining license for Perdevlei would have been received or granted to Kazera in March (wishful thinking) but if it was then it would certainly have been RNS’d. Afternoon all, FWIW here is my opinion on current state of play:-

Mining license for perdevlei could take months, so not expecting anything until March. Application has already been lodged.

HMS will be processed and start actual supply to Fujax at the end of February so what can they actually tell us now!!

Diamond production – expecting news at the end of this month regarding actual sales.

Arbitration status (Hebei) – we should be informed in the next few weeks regarding the actual status & next steps process.

Pre-payments from Fujax – we may have already received these but do they warrant an RNS every time we receive a payment?

I get it, we are all eager to hear good news now but we shouldn't have to wait too much longer. GLA TJ Mac

It’s been a great few days and finally the SP is moving up with more decent potential news on the horizon. Nice one Basher, fortune favours the brave !! FB, you must be near to break even now after all that averaging down, well done if you are. I remember buying at 12.5p in Kennedy days when Robin Hood was spouting off about 30p lol – it’s been a long road back since those days (and questioned my sanity more than once….) but I’m finally back in profit now. Afternoon all, personally I am still hopeful that we will see an RNS in November confirming that at least one off-take agreement has been agreed & signed. There was, or must have been some peripheral work done relating to the draft content of these off-take agreements and whilst they may be quite lengthy & detailed legally binding contracts, that need to be viewed by both legal entities, they must be very close to finalisation now. Afternoon Mr Cautious (or is it Mr Manwaring) – yes it’s quiet but that was always going to be the case whilst Kazera organise samples to be sent out to potential off takers which then need to be assessed before agreements can be finalised. I would hope that news will be forthcoming in the next 2 to 3 weeks. Hopefully the diamond commissioning went through ok & perhaps we may get an update on throughput by the end of the month. With regards to the Tantalum mine who knows, Hebei may surprise us and make an offer before the 60 days is up (23/11/24). Good Luck all ! TJ Mac

Ok so it goes to arbitration…. Not sure about this being part of Heibei’s plan! before they purchased the tantalum mine they would have had sufficient time to undertake the necessary due diligence. They then arrive at a positon whereby they can make an informed decision as to whether or not they wanted to buy the mine and if so, for a value that they were happy to pay / sign a binding contract. Personally, I hope we manage to get a favourable decision through the arbitration process and get the full value that we are owed for which has been over due for a considerable amount of time. Kazera Global are in a much better position now with actual cash flow on the near horizon. If we had taken legal action before then we may have had to take a low ball offer. Anyway – good luck all…. As long as this keeps nudging forward I’ll be very happy, as we should be very well placed come year end. FB, I love your optimistic forward forecast !!! cannot doubt the rationale at all, but after being subdued for so long it’s hard to get too excited until we actually move forward a couple of levels, but if we can achieve even half of your forecast then it should be happy days for all. Expect confirmation of NNR Site visit this week. Enjoy your golf and enjoy your last day of your holiday. Eating a sandwich from morrisons and looking out of my office window at a car park lol. Afternoon all, very pleased to see that we finally rcvd the NNR Permit after such a long wait. I’m sure that the imminent NNR site visit will be just a formality. Our BOD will now have the opportunity to show their worth as they conduct finalisation of off-take agreements as well as set out the strategy for HMS etc. As mentioned by Poppyseed, the additional sorting machinery can be financed by one of the other off-takers if necessary. With diamond operation also up and running I would hope to see some worthwhile revenue generation within the next few months. If the BOD could negotiate a restructured agreement with Hebei regarding the Tantalum mine then we could start to see real acceleration of the SP.
