Yes @Rolfdavies, I know my agenda: non-specifically to call out 🐂💩 wherever I see it, and specifically for GEO and with today’s initial “outstanding” results ,there is more chance of a farm out as a development option, and literally no chance of Omar stepping down. This is more to do with reality than agendas.

So many uninformed opinions on these BBs! I am quietly holding through this drill campaign, and now reassured by today's RNS. None of us will know if this could be company-making until the full drill results are known so surely you are either in or out at this stage until those full results are in? The tone of the RNS clearly shows the frustration of the CEO who appears almost annoyed that some people are focusing on a handbag sale to value the company. It was never about selling a handbag. Yes, it’s all talk about billion £ companies being interested in the potential for manufacturing or licensing, but I will give this until the end of the year to see if those talks materialise into something more tangible as that is what this is about, not the sale of a bloody handbag!

Unusually quiet here, but what is there to say? We have a highly invested CEO who has made it clear that he is looking to extract maximum value from the assets as quickly as possible so all we can do is wait for the next news announcement. Fingers crossed it will be what we have been waiting a long time for.

@Bfdinvestor - unfortunately that seems to be the case. Anyone sceptical should read up about Dr Michael Burry’s shorting of the banks and housing market in 2007, or watch “The Big Short” to see how “the market” can manipulate price action contrary to market forces. Let’s hope that as in that case, the true value is realised, and if GWMOs assets are proved up and the US investors pile in, that the share price will multiply several times over.

@clintek - they arw buys . try cross referencing time of trade and what the underlying price was. and no **** sherlock re buys and sells, but that doesn't tell the whole story - mms have a duty to create a marlet, so there isnt necessarily somwone else on the other side of a trade, apart from the executing mm.

Just the slightest scratching of the surface in respect to Google searches should tell you everything you need to know. And guess what GWMO are big into? Yep, copper and tungsten, and with the drive and impetuous of a new CEO, I am looking forward to seeing where this will be by the end of the year.

Based on the company’s official announcements, Great Western Mining is much closer to a U.S. quotation than most AIM juniors that merely talk about it. The key point is that they have already moved beyond the “considering a listing” stage and have submitted an application.What has actually happened?

On 13 April 2026, Great Western Mining announcedvit had submitted an application to OTC Markets Group for its ordinary shares to be cross-traded on the OTCID market in the United States. The company stated that the purpose is to increase visibility in North American capital markets, broaden its investor base, allow U.S. investors to trade GWMO in U.S. dollars during U.S. market hours, improve liquidity.

This is an important distinction: It is NOT applying for Nasdaq or NYSE. Many investors assume “U.S. listing” means Nasdaq. That is not what GWMO has announced. The application is for OTCID, an OTC Markets platform designed for companies already listed on recognised exchanges elsewhere. GWMO remains listed on AIM and Euronext Growth and is seeking a secondary U.S. quotation rather than a primary U.S. exchange listing. Therefore the hurdles are far lower than a Nasdaq uplisting.

When is it likely to go live? There is no official date yet. However, looking at the sequence of events, Application submitted: 13 April 2026. The company has since continued issuing normal RNS announcements and has not announced any regulatory problem with the application. For OTC cross-trading applications of already-listed foreign companies, approval periods are often measured in weeks to a few months, not years.

Given that the application was submitted in mid-April, a launch during summer 2026 (July–August) appears the most realistic expectation based on normal OTC processing timelines and the absence of any negative follow-up announcements. This is an inference rather than company guidance.

What clues suggest management wants it completed quickly? Several things stand out: All assets are in Nevada. Great Western is effectively a U.S.-focused explorer already. Its copper, gold and increasingly important tungsten projects are located in Nevada. The tungsten story is becoming strategically relevant. Management has spent much of 2026 highlighting the Defender-Pine Crow tungsten project. Tungsten is viewed as a critical mineral in U.S. supply-chain and defence policy discussions. Recent fundraising and exploration acceleration. The company raised £3.25 million earlier in 2026 and accelerated drilling and resource work. A U.S. quotation potentially broadens the funding pool ahead of future resource definition and development milestones.

What could delay it? The biggest risks are administrative rather than operational.

Of course, I expected a level of volatility, and to run a losing position for some time and to some extent, but capAI has completely exceeded any expectations of how badly this could perform.
