Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 31 January 2025, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 329,886,038 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 330,852,692 Ordinary 50p shares on 31 January 2025 is due to the cancellation of 966,654 shares as part of the Company's Share buyback programme.

Vistry Group PLC holds 600,097 shares in Treasury. This remains unchanged from the shares held in Treasury on 31 January 2025.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 329,285,941. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
