Sarantel Group PLC, (AIM: SLG, 'Sarantel'), a leading manufacturer of high-performance, miniature filtering antennas for mobile and wireless devices, was informed on 15 November 2011 that Mr Ali Mortazavi sold 1,000,000 A ordinary shares at 0.79 pence per share on 8 November 2011, a further 1,500,000 A ordinary shares at 0.75 on 8 November 2011 and 4,500,000 A ordinary shares at 0.653 pence on 11 November 2011. Mr Mortazavi now has an interest in 32,500,000 A ordinary shares representing 3.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
