Directorate Change

Pursuant to UK Listing Rules 6.4.6R (1) and 6.4.6R (2) the Company makes the following announcement.

The Company confirms that, as previously announced and as planned, today (i) Yvonne Monaghan has stepped down from the Board as Chief Financial Officer and has resigned as an Executive Director of the Company; and (ii) Ryan Govender has, with immediate effect, joined the Board as Chief Financial Officer and has been appointed as an Executive Director of the Company in succession to Yvonne Monaghan.

As previously announced, Yvonne will remain employed by the Company until 28 February 2026 (the "End Date") to, initially, complete a handover process with Ryan and, thereafter, be available to support the Company. Yvonne will then end her employment with the Company and retire on the End Date.

Disclosure pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.8 R

Ryan Govender was a director of Treatt Plc until 30 September 2025. There is no other information to be disclosed in respect of Ryan Govender under UK Listing Rules 6.4.8R (1) to (6), inclusive.
