19 May 2022 - In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), InterContinental Hotels Group PLC ("IHG") notes that Ian Dyson, Non-Executive Director of IHG, will join the Board of Currys plc as a Non-Executive Director on 1 September 2022, and become Chair of the Board, effective 8 September 2022.
