London, 29 December 2023 - Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LEI:549300BNS685UXH4JI75) (LSE: HIK) (NASDAQ Dubai: HIK) (OTC: HKMPY) announces that Hussein Arkhagha, Chief People Officer and Company Secretary will step down from his Company Secretary role from 1 January 2024, and will continue in his role as the Chief People Officer of Hikma. Helen Middlemist, Deputy Company Secretary, will be appointed Company Secretary effective same date, 1 January 2024.
