LONDON, 1 September 2022 - In accordance with section 5.6.1 of the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the 'Rules'), Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC(LEI: 549300BNS685UXH4JI75) (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 August 2022, the issued share capital of the Company comprised of 220,196,969 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ('Shares') with voting rights. This figure excludes 12,833,233 Shares held in treasury, which do not have voting rights.

The figure of 220,196,969 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
