Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 28 October 2022 that on the same day George Stewart, Strategic Projects Director; (i) sold 8,253 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £2.16, and (ii) purchased 9,283 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £2.16.
George Stewart's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company now stands at 50,717 Ordinary Shares.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
