Interim Dividend - Pence Sterling Amount Payable
Man Group plc (the "Company") announced on 1 August 2023, an interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2023 of 5.6 US cents per ordinary share and communicated that the corresponding amount in Pence Sterling per ordinary share would be announced on 1 September 2023. The Pence Sterling amount payable in respect of the interim dividend has been determined with reference to the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 29 August 2023, resulting in an applicable exchange rate of £1:US$1.26608. Accordingly, the Pence Sterling amount payable to Shareholders in relation to the interim dividend will be 4.42 pence per ordinary share.
The interim dividend will be paid on 22 September 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 August 2023.
