DIRECTORATE CHANGE
DFS Furniture plc ("DFS" or the "Company") confirms that Gwyn Burr, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Taylor Wimpey plc as an independent non-executive director, effective from 1 February 2018.
As previously announced on 5 January 2018, Gwyn has informed the Company's Board of Directors of her intention to step down in Spring 2018.
