Sainsburys Supermarket Increases Order of Genesis Edge Conversion Kits

Clean Air Power (AIM: CAP), the developer of Dual-Fuel™ combustion technology that enables heavy-duty diesel engines to operate on a combination of diesel and natural gas, is pleased to announce Sainsbury's, a major UK supermarket has increased its order for an additional 10 units of Clean Air Power's Genesis Edge Dual-Fuel™ system. This additional order will be delivered during the current financial year.

This order will take their total to 24 trucks which will operate using bio-methane gas which has been produced from landfill waste.

The Genesis Edge product is Clean Air Power's retro-fit Dual-Fuel™ offering that can be installed on customers' existing vehicles. These additional 10 units will continue to reduce CO2 emissions and fuel costs in comparison with conventional diesel vehicles.
