Clean Air Power Limited16 October 2006 16 October 2006 Clean Air Power Limited Appointment of new Non-Executive Director and directorate change The Board of Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP) is pleased to announce theappointment, with immediate effect, of Ms. Tevya ("Teddy") Rosenberg as aNon-Executive Director of the Company. She will replace Wally Hunter who leavesthe Board today. Teddy Rosenberg, aged 55, lives in Canada and is currently a director ofpVelocity Inc. and a visiting lecturer in Venture Capital at the DeGroote Schoolof Business, McMaster University. From 1996 to 2004 she was Managing Director ofCIBC Capital Partners in Toronto, a venture capital investor focusing on earlyand growth stage technology companies, primarily enterprise software, and anearly investor in alternative energy technologies. She has broad experience in the venturecapital sector, in business management at a senior level, and in marketing.
