Clean Air Power Limited12 March 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 12 March 2007 Clean Air Power Limited ("CAP" or "the Company") Update on Tesco Demonstrator truck Clean Air Power Limited (AIM:CAP), the developer and provider of Dual-Fuel(TM)technology provides the following update with regard to the trial by Tesco plcof a Euro 3 Mercedes - Axor truck, which was converted to run on diesel andnatural gas and delivered to Tesco in August 2006. The trial of the Dual-Fuel(TM) truck has met with all of Tesco's objectives,which include driver acceptability and achieving certain operational performancebench marks. Additionally, the trial unit has achieved a CO2 emission reductionequivalent of around 10 tonnes of CO2 per annum whilst reducing their fuel costby more than 15%. The trial vehicle continues to run in the Tesco fleet, based from the HarlowDepot, mainly operating in London. To date, Tesco have not ordered any furtherDual-Fuel(TM) vehicles. Tesco have recognised the environmental benefits of Clean Air Power's Dual-Fuel(TM) technology and have expressed a willingness to support Clean Air Powerwith their discussions with manufacturers. These discussions relate to lookingto secure the incorporation of Dual-Fuel(TM) technology on Euro 4 and Euro 5emissions compliant trucks.
