Bernard Lord, aged 41, is a solicitor and lives in Fredericton, New Brunswick,Canada. Since completing his second term as Premier of the Province of NewBrunswick in October 2006, he has joined the leading Canadian law firm McCarthyTetrault LLP as Senior Counsel. His interest in transportation was evidentduring his tenure as Premier during which time major investment in infrastructure of the road network of New Brunswick was made. His commitment tothe environment was demonstrated by the creation of Efficiency New Brunswick, anagency dedicated to the reduction of energy consumption and costs and improvingthe environment.John Pettitt, CEO of Clean Air Power Limited, commented: "It gives me great pleasure to welcome Bernard to our Board.
