Exercises of CSOP Options by Employees
The Company makes the following announcements in respect of exercises of options between 21 December 2010 and 22 December by three employees ("Employees") over an aggregate of 13,735 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") in the capital of the Company granted under the Albemarle & Bond Holdings plc Company Share Option Plan, 3,735 of which were at an exercise price of 238.5p per share and 10,000 of which were at an exercise price of 236.5p per share:
1. a transfer of shares has been approved in respect of the Shares from Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited ("the Trustee") as Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust to the Employees;
2. as a result of the transfer announced above, the Trustee now holds 804,554 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 1.45% of the Company's issued share capital; and
3. B J Stevenson and L K Moran are directors of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited.
Exercises of Approved Executive Scheme Options by Employee
The Company announces that it received today a letter of exercise from an employee in respect of an exercise of options over 9,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 74.5p per share under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme.
Application for Admission to Listing
The Company further announces that application has today been made for 9,000 new Ordinary shares of 4p each to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme. It is expected that dealings will commence in the new Ordinary shares on 4 January 2011.
Following the exercise of share options under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme, the issued share capital of the Company will be increased from 55,489,274 Ordinary shares of 4p each to 55,498,274 Ordinary shares of 4p each.
