Following the above transactionsΒ Mr Pattinson's beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital is 356,250 Ordinary shares of 4p eachΒ ("Ordinary Shares")Β and Mr Murphy's beneficial interest in the issued share capital is 1,221,000 OrdinaryΒ Shares, whichΒ holdings are equivalent to 0.64% and 2.21% respectively of the Company'sΒ totalΒ issued share capital.
As a result of the exercise of options by Mr Pattinson over shares held by the EBT, a transfer of shares was approved today in respect of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 93.5p per share in the capital of the Company beneficially held by Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited ("Trustee") as Trustee of the EBT.
Following the transfer announced above, the Trustee nowΒ beneficiallyΒ holds 390,667 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company which is equivalent to 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital.

Exercise of OptionsΒ byΒ anΒ Employee
The Company announces that it receivedΒ from an employeeΒ onΒ 27 May 2009Β a letter of exercise of optionsΒ overΒ 17,383Β Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 74.5p per share in theΒ UnapprovedΒ Share Option Scheme.

Application for Admission
Application has been made forΒ 217,383Β new Ordinary 4p shares to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercise of share options announced above. It is expected that dealings will commence in the new Ordinary shares onΒ 2 JuneΒ 2009.
As a result of the application for listing, the issued share capital of the Company will be increased fromΒ 55,092,891Β Ordinary shares of 4p each toΒ 55,310,274Β Ordinary shares of 4p each.
