Following the above transactionsย Mr Pattinson's beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital is 356,250 Ordinary shares of 4p eachย ("Ordinary Shares")ย and Mr Murphy's beneficial interest in the issued share capital is 1,221,000 Ordinaryย Shares, whichย holdings are equivalent to 0.64% and 2.21% respectively of the Company'sย totalย issued share capital.
As a result of the exercise of options by Mr Pattinson over shares held by the EBT, a transfer of shares was approved today in respect of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 93.5p per share in the capital of the Company beneficially held by Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited ("Trustee") as Trustee of the EBT.
Following the transfer announced above, the Trustee nowย beneficiallyย holds 390,667 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company which is equivalent to 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
C L Nicolson, G V Nicholls, D A L Page and D P Pattinson are directors of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited.
Exercise of Optionsย byย anย Employee
The Company announces that it receivedย from an employeeย onย 27 May 2009ย a letter of exercise of optionsย overย 17,383ย Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 74.5p per share in theย Unapprovedย Share Option Scheme.

Application for Admission
Application has been made forย 217,383ย new Ordinary 4p shares to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercise of share options announced above. It is expected that dealings will commence in the new Ordinary shares onย 2 Juneย 2009.
As a result of the application for listing, the issued share capital of the Company will be increased fromย 55,092,891ย Ordinary shares of 4p each toย 55,310,274ย Ordinary shares of 4p each.
