The Company was notified on 28 May 2010 that Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited as Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust ("the EBT"), purchased on 28 May 2010 300,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a price of 235p per share. Following this purchase, the EBT is interested in 881,667 Ordinary shares representing 1.59% of the Company's total issued share capital.
